【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷深入和信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)的運(yùn)營方式也在發(fā)生不斷的變化,尤其是網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和軟件工程日益進(jìn)步的今天,企業(yè)的管理者更加迫切的需要實(shí)現(xiàn)管理的信息化。對于一些銷售型的企業(yè)來說,如何將銷售的過程通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行管理,準(zhǔn)確的把握市場動態(tài),已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。在此背景下,本文通過深入企業(yè)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行調(diào)研,分析企業(yè)的銷售過程,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Web的企業(yè)銷售管理系統(tǒng)。本文首先闡述了管理信息系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論,并進(jìn)一步研究了銷售管理系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)概念、主要功能以及系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)方法。其次,通過系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的相關(guān)技術(shù)研究,決定系統(tǒng)的體系架構(gòu)采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu),系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)工具運(yùn)用.NET技術(shù),并且,使用了C#面向?qū)ο蟮木幊陶Z言。同時(shí)利用SQL Server作為系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)工具。接著,結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際需求和用例圖的分析,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的功能模塊,其中包括:基本信息、進(jìn)貨管理、銷售管理、查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)、往來管理和系統(tǒng)設(shè)置六個(gè)部分的功能。隨后,采用E-R圖建模工具,構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫表。然后,簡要介紹了面向?qū)ο蟮南到y(tǒng)開發(fā)方法,并采用其實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的登錄界面、主頁界面以及各主要功能模塊的界面。最后,闡述了系統(tǒng)測試的目標(biāo)和原則,利用黑盒測試和灰盒測試的方法,測試了系統(tǒng)的功能和系統(tǒng)的性能。并且,通過測試結(jié)果的分析,驗(yàn)證了本文研發(fā)的銷售管理系統(tǒng),能夠幫助企業(yè)合理有效的管理銷售過程。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of market economy and the rapid development of information technology, the operation mode of enterprises is also changing constantly, especially with the increasing progress of network technology and software engineering. The managers of enterprises need to realize the information of management more urgently. For some sales-oriented enterprises, how to manage the sales process through the network information system and accurately grasp the market dynamics has become the inevitable trend of enterprise development. In this context, through in-depth investigation within the enterprise, this paper analyzes the sales process of the enterprise, and designs and implements an enterprise sales management system based on Web. This paper first expounds the related theory of management information system, and further studies the related concepts, main functions and development methods of sales management system.
