基于WEB服務的臺州市警務信息系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】：隨著計算機技術和網(wǎng)絡技術的迅猛發(fā)展,國家和社會對警務部門的反應速度和辦公效率提出更高的要求。將網(wǎng)絡技術和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術相結合的產(chǎn)品應用于公安部門建設,對于提高國家公安機關部門的工作效率有著積極的作用。警務工作作為國家公安機關工作之一,涉及各類繁瑣事務,處理的案件形形色色,將信息產(chǎn)業(yè)運用于警務管理,推動警務部門高效正規(guī)工作,已是刻不容緩。為了能夠幫助公安部門能夠自動化高效辦公,本文針對臺州市的人文地貌情況,設計實現(xiàn)了基于WEB服務的臺州市警務信息系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)臺州市警務部門的實際辦公情況和警務人員的需求,課題設計開發(fā)了臺州市警務信息系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)前首先對臺州的案件情況進行調研,對系統(tǒng)的功能需求、性能需求和開發(fā)環(huán)境進行分析。然后采用模塊化思想對系統(tǒng)進行設計,設計過程中將系統(tǒng)分為7大模塊。每個模塊分別經(jīng)過需求分析、設計和實現(xiàn)的方式呈現(xiàn)。每個模塊對應數(shù)據(jù)庫中的表記錄模塊信息。系統(tǒng)整體采用MVC模式開發(fā)的B/S架構進行設計,使用穩(wěn)定的.Net開發(fā)技術與后臺SQL SERVER2008數(shù)據(jù)庫進行交互,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的案件存儲和界面信息配置。最終實現(xiàn)了符合臺州警務案件管理特征的警務信息系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)設計實現(xiàn)完成后,對系統(tǒng)進行分模塊的單元測試,然后將模塊集成到一起,進行整體測試,測試結果顯示系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,功能基本實現(xiàn),能夠滿足臺州市警務案件信息的管理工作的需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the state and society put forward higher requirements for the response speed and office efficiency of police departments. The application of the combination of network technology and database technology in the construction of public security department has a positive effect on improving the working efficiency of the national public security organ department. As one of the work of national public security organs, police work involves all kinds of tedious affairs and deals with all kinds of cases. It is urgent to apply the information industry to police management and promote the efficient and formal work of police departments. In order to help the public security department to work automatically and efficiently, this paper designs and implements a police information system of Taizhou City based on WEB service, aiming at the human and geomorphological situation of Taizhou City. According to the actual office situation of Taizhou police department and the demand of police personnel, the police information system of Taizhou city is designed and developed. Before the development of the system, the case situation of Taizhou is investigated, and the functional requirements, performance requirements and development environment of the system are analyzed. Then the system is designed by modularization, and the system is divided into seven modules in the process of design. Each module is presented through requirements analysis, design and implementation. Each module corresponds to a table in the database to record module information. The whole system is designed with the BES architecture developed by MVC mode, and the stable .net development technology is used to interact with the background SQL SERVER2008 database to realize the case storage and interface information configuration of the system. Finally, the police information system which accords with the characteristics of Taizhou police case management is realized. After the design and realization of the system, the unit test of the system is carried out, then the modules are integrated together, and the whole test is carried out. The test results show that the system runs stably and the function is basically realized. Can meet the Taizhou City police case information management needs.
