【摘要】：在快節(jié)奏、信息化的今天,許多時(shí)代需求日益凸顯,如何高效精準(zhǔn)地獲取有效的關(guān)鍵信息,如何令傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)搭上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速列車等問題都是時(shí)代熱點(diǎn)。本文選取在線調(diào)研系統(tǒng)為研究核心,即滿足了快速準(zhǔn)確地了解市場(chǎng)需要,獲取有效信息的社會(huì)需求,又符合傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化,共謀發(fā)展的時(shí)代潮流,現(xiàn)實(shí)意義重大。本文對(duì)傳統(tǒng)問卷調(diào)查行業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在人力、物力成本高,問卷回收難度較大,結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)過程復(fù)雜,調(diào)研效率低下等諸多弊端。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文又結(jié)合了對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的在線調(diào)研平臺(tái)研究總結(jié),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一款基于PHP的在線調(diào)研系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)使用PHP語言作為基礎(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)語言,借助Laravel框架協(xié)助構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目,基于Laravel框架優(yōu)雅的特點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層、數(shù)據(jù)處理層及表示層結(jié)構(gòu)分明。前端部分采用jQuery框架與Bootstrap類庫完成開發(fā),兼容性良好,在多種瀏覽器中都能夠表現(xiàn)一致。數(shù)據(jù)庫部分利用MySQL結(jié)合Redis實(shí)現(xiàn),數(shù)據(jù)處理效率較高,基于Redis的緩存技術(shù)使得系統(tǒng)在高流量并發(fā)時(shí)同樣可以運(yùn)行流暢。基于PHP的在線調(diào)研系統(tǒng)基于B/S架構(gòu),使用了 MVC的設(shè)計(jì)模式,最終以Web形式展現(xiàn)在用戶面前。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了參與線上調(diào)研、管理線上調(diào)研項(xiàng)目、審核調(diào)研項(xiàng)目、向完成調(diào)研者發(fā)放獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、廣告推送等功能,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)完整的線上調(diào)研系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)具有支持正式調(diào)研前的篩選測(cè)試,精準(zhǔn)定位參與人群;支持通過IP地址及cookie限制參與過的受訪者重復(fù)參與;支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),能夠?qū)?xiàng)目完成情況與質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)估;支持同類調(diào)研平臺(tái)接入,共享調(diào)研資源;支持支付寶發(fā)放參與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),支付過程安全快捷等特點(diǎn),自身特色鮮明。本系統(tǒng)為受訪者用戶提供了一個(gè)能夠發(fā)表意見,參與到企業(yè)產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃中去的平臺(tái),為企業(yè)級(jí)用戶提供了一個(gè)準(zhǔn)確捕捉市場(chǎng)有效信息,聽取大眾意見的承軸,為社會(huì)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)出了一份力量。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid pace and informatization, the demand of many times is becoming more and more prominent. How to obtain the effective key information efficiently and accurately, and how to make the traditional industry catch up with the high-speed train on the Internet are all the hot spots of the times. In this paper, the online research system is chosen as the research core, that is to say, it satisfies the social demand of quickly and accurately understanding the needs of the market, obtaining effective information, and accords with the Internet of the traditional industry and the trend of the times of common development. It is of great significance in reality. Based on the analysis of the traditional questionnaire industry, it is found that there are many drawbacks such as manpower, high material cost, difficulty of questionnaire recovery, complex statistical process, low efficiency of investigation and so on. On this basis, this paper designs and implements an online research system based on PHP, combining with the research summary of the existing online research platform at home and abroad. The system uses the PHP language as the basic implementation language, with the help of the Laravel framework to help build the project, based on the elegant characteristics of the Laravel framework, the system's business logic layer, data processing layer and presentation layer structure is clear. The front part uses jQuery framework and Bootstrap class library to complete the development. It has good compatibility and can be consistent in many browsers. The database part is realized by MySQL and Redis, and the efficiency of data processing is high. The cache technology based on Redis makes the system run smoothly in high traffic concurrency. The online research system based on PHP is based on BSS architecture, which uses the design pattern of MVC, and finally presents itself in front of users in the form of Web. The system realizes the functions of participating in online research, managing online research projects, auditing research projects, issuing awards and advertising push to researchers to complete the research, and constructing a complete online research system. The system has the ability to support the pre-formal research screening test, accurately locate the participants; support the IP address and cookie to limit the repeat participation of the participants; support data statistics, can evaluate the completion of the project and the quality of the project; Support similar research platform access, sharing research resources; support Alipay to participate in the reward, payment process and other characteristics, such as security and speed, its own characteristics. The system provides a platform for interviewee users to express their opinions and participate in enterprise product planning, and provides enterprise-class users with a platform to accurately capture effective market information and listen to public opinions.
