面向用戶體驗(yàn)的移動(dòng)B2C界面可用性評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:2013年中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)顯示移動(dòng)B2C購(gòu)物交易規(guī)模高達(dá)6500億元,并預(yù)計(jì)以35%的增長(zhǎng)率進(jìn)一步增大,移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)B2C已成為移動(dòng)購(gòu)物的核心模式,用戶體驗(yàn)也越來(lái)越備受關(guān)注。移動(dòng)B2C界面可用性評(píng)估除發(fā)現(xiàn)可用性問(wèn)題外還能夠通過(guò)用戶滿意度定性分析發(fā)掘出用戶隱藏的使用需求。移動(dòng)B2C應(yīng)用良好的可用性和用戶體驗(yàn)?zāi)軌蛟鰪?qiáng)用戶購(gòu)物愉悅感,增加用戶粘度,給商家?guī)?lái)更大的利潤(rùn)。因此,論文的工作具有重要的意義。 2007年第一代蘋果iPhone的問(wèn)世標(biāo)志著移動(dòng)觸控交互才正式登上歷史舞臺(tái),截止到2013年底移動(dòng)智能終端用戶己高達(dá)4.61億。當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)移動(dòng)B2C觸控界面可用性研究相對(duì)較少,現(xiàn)有的可用性評(píng)估體系并不完全適用于當(dāng)前移動(dòng)B2C觸控應(yīng)用界面可用性評(píng)估。另一方面,現(xiàn)有移動(dòng)B2C應(yīng)用界面可用性指標(biāo)的提取比較籠統(tǒng),忽略了用戶文化習(xí)慣下的自然手勢(shì)交互對(duì)用戶體驗(yàn)的促進(jìn)和提升。 面向用戶在移動(dòng)B2C購(gòu)物過(guò)程中對(duì)觸控交互和自然手勢(shì)交互的迫切需求,開展了一系列的工作,包括以下主要工作: (1)提取應(yīng)用于移動(dòng)B2C應(yīng)用界面可用性評(píng)估的用戶體驗(yàn)要素。首先運(yùn)用用戶體驗(yàn)理論對(duì)十款中國(guó)主流移動(dòng)B2C應(yīng)用樣本進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,系統(tǒng)地梳理出移動(dòng)購(gòu)物全部用戶體驗(yàn)的主要組成部分(注:與同伴協(xié)作完成)。然后在問(wèn)卷實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)估的基礎(chǔ)上提取出 應(yīng)用于面向觸控交互的移動(dòng)B2C應(yīng)用界面可用性評(píng)估的八個(gè)用戶體驗(yàn)要素。 (2)建立適應(yīng)于觸控交互,特別是適應(yīng)于用戶文化習(xí)慣下的自然手勢(shì)交互的移動(dòng)B2C界面可用性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。 在可用性工程理論的指導(dǎo)下,繼續(xù)深入分析用戶在使用移動(dòng)B2C應(yīng)用過(guò)程中的觸控交互體驗(yàn)要素,尤其是不同于十個(gè)基本手勢(shì)的、用戶文化習(xí)慣下的自然手勢(shì)交互,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、專家打分法和層次分析法(AHP),建立適應(yīng)于觸控交互及自然手勢(shì)交互的移動(dòng)B2C界面可用性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,計(jì)算出各指標(biāo)因子的權(quán)重。 (3)驗(yàn)證提出評(píng)估體系的有效性和可行性。 選擇主流移動(dòng)B2C客戶端應(yīng)用,運(yùn)用提出的可用性評(píng)估體系分別對(duì)京東商城APP和中糧我買網(wǎng)APP進(jìn)行模糊綜合評(píng)估,一方面驗(yàn)證指標(biāo)體系的有效性和可行性,另一方面通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)估發(fā)現(xiàn)京東和中糧APPs存在的界面可用性問(wèn)題,然后類比分析出主流移動(dòng)B2C應(yīng)用存在一般化的界面可用性問(wèn)題并提出面向觸控交互的界面改進(jìn)建議。 論文的工作特色,理論價(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾方面: (1)系統(tǒng)地梳理出移動(dòng)B2C購(gòu)物全部用戶體驗(yàn)的主要組成部分,特別通過(guò)對(duì)用戶的滿意度分析定性地挖掘出潛在的用戶體驗(yàn)要素,一定程度上豐富了移動(dòng)電商用戶體驗(yàn)理論。 (2)建立了適應(yīng)觸控交互和自然手勢(shì)交互的移動(dòng)B2C界面可用性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,為移動(dòng)電商客戶端的評(píng)估提供理論和方法支撐。 論文的應(yīng)用價(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在: (1)移動(dòng)B2C購(gòu)物全部用戶體驗(yàn)有助于電商企業(yè)在移動(dòng)購(gòu)物整個(gè)過(guò)程中更好地理解用戶的需求,促進(jìn)用戶體驗(yàn),提升市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,具有潛在的商業(yè)價(jià)值。 (2)評(píng)價(jià)體系能夠有效發(fā)現(xiàn)用戶在移動(dòng)購(gòu)物過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,有利于改善移動(dòng)電商客戶端應(yīng)用的可用性質(zhì)量,提升用戶使用滿意度。 (3)在對(duì)京東商城APP和中糧我買網(wǎng)APP實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)估基礎(chǔ)上提出的面向自然手勢(shì)交互的改進(jìn)建議除促進(jìn)移動(dòng)B2C應(yīng)用開發(fā)外,也對(duì)智能終端一些應(yīng)用開發(fā)具有指導(dǎo)意義。 目前傳感器已成為移動(dòng)終端的重要組成部分之一,用戶和設(shè)備的交互也更加智能化和多樣化,如利用距離傳感器可實(shí)現(xiàn)非接觸式手勢(shì)交互,這為用戶帶來(lái)了新的樂趣和體驗(yàn)。因此,下一步的工作是面向傳感器的交互,進(jìn)一步完善面向用戶體驗(yàn)的移動(dòng)B2C界面可用性評(píng)價(jià)體系。
