Web服務(wù)可信性評(píng)估與推薦方法研究

【摘要】:Web服務(wù)組合具有功能豐富、跨平臺(tái)、便利等優(yōu)點(diǎn),由于其所具有的優(yōu)點(diǎn),Web服務(wù)組合正在改變傳統(tǒng)的軟件開發(fā)模式。隨著Web服務(wù)組合的興起,Web上發(fā)布的服務(wù)種類越來越豐富,服務(wù)的數(shù)量也越來越龐大,大量的Web服務(wù)一方面給人們提供了更多的選擇,另一方面,也使人們?cè)谶M(jìn)行服務(wù)組合的時(shí)候面臨著無從選擇的問題,人們必須要考慮服務(wù)是否安全、是否適合等問題。因此,一個(gè)有效的服務(wù)推薦系統(tǒng)是必不可少的,它能在用戶面臨服務(wù)選擇的時(shí)候向用戶推薦適合的服務(wù)。在此種情況下,本文對(duì)Web服務(wù)的可信性評(píng)估及其推薦方法進(jìn)行了研究,主要目的是為了尋找一種可行的服務(wù)推薦方法,向用戶推薦適合的服務(wù)。 在本文的研究中,主要對(duì)服務(wù)可信屬性等級(jí)評(píng)估、可信服務(wù)推薦方法和可信服務(wù)推薦中屬性沖突問題進(jìn)行了研究。在服務(wù)可信屬性等級(jí)評(píng)估的研究方面,主要對(duì)前人的研究工作進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上將前人的研究方法進(jìn)行了融合和改進(jìn)使其適合對(duì)服務(wù)可信屬性的等級(jí)評(píng)估。在此方面,本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)有:1、構(gòu)造了可信屬性等級(jí)評(píng)估樹。2、將層次分析法引入到對(duì)單個(gè)可信屬性的評(píng)估中。3、在綜合多個(gè)專家計(jì)算得到節(jié)點(diǎn)可信值時(shí)考慮了每個(gè)專家的權(quán)重。 在對(duì)服務(wù)可信屬性等級(jí)評(píng)估進(jìn)行研究之后接著對(duì)服務(wù)推薦方法進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)服務(wù)可信屬性等級(jí)的評(píng)估主要是為了給服務(wù)推薦方法提供數(shù)據(jù)。在服務(wù)推薦方法的研究中,由于電子商務(wù)推薦與服務(wù)推薦有一定的相似性,首先對(duì)電子商務(wù)推薦和服務(wù)推薦進(jìn)行了研究,總結(jié)了兩者的異同之處,抓住電子商務(wù)推薦與服務(wù)推薦在評(píng)分上的差異:電子商務(wù)中用戶對(duì)于商品的評(píng)分是唯一的,而在服務(wù)推薦中,用戶對(duì)于服務(wù)的評(píng)分會(huì)隨著服務(wù)的使用環(huán)境而改變。同時(shí),在服務(wù)推薦中,服務(wù)組合后服務(wù)各可信屬性之間并不是簡(jiǎn)單的疊加關(guān)系,有些屬性之間會(huì)相互促進(jìn)如安全性與可靠性之間,而有些屬性之間會(huì)相互消弱如安全性與易用性之間,因此,為了使推薦的服務(wù)能夠在組合后各個(gè)可信屬性等級(jí)滿足用戶對(duì)組合應(yīng)用可信等級(jí)的需求,需要解決組合過程中屬性沖突的問題;谝陨纤V本文提出了一種服務(wù)推薦方法,該方法屬于協(xié)同過濾推薦方法。在該部分本文主要的貢獻(xiàn)為:1、分析總結(jié)了電子商務(wù)推薦與服務(wù)推薦的異同之處。2、提出了一種可信的服務(wù)推薦方法。3、解決了服務(wù)推薦過程中屬性沖突的問題。 最后,基于以上提出的服務(wù)推薦方法,本文給出了一個(gè)服務(wù)推薦案例,并對(duì)提出的推薦方法進(jìn)行了模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)和分析,實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,本文提出的方法能夠滿足用戶對(duì)于可信服務(wù)選擇的需求。
[Abstract]:Web service composition has the advantages of rich function, cross-platform, convenience and so on. Because of its advantages, Web service composition is changing the traditional software development mode. With the rise of Web service composition, the types of services published on Web become more and more abundant, and the number of services becomes more and more huge. On the one hand, a large number of Web services provide people with more choices, on the other hand, People also have to consider whether the service is safe or not and whether it is suitable and so on, which makes people face the unselectable problem when they make the service composition. Therefore, an effective service recommendation system is essential. It can recommend suitable service to users when they are faced with service choice. In this case, this paper studies the credibility evaluation and recommendation methods of Web services. The main purpose is to find a feasible service recommendation method and recommend suitable services to users. In the research of this paper, the evaluation of service trusted attribute level, the method of trusted service recommendation and the problem of attribute conflict in trusted service recommendation are mainly studied. In the aspect of service trusted attribute evaluation, the previous research work is analyzed and summarized. On this basis, the former research methods are merged and improved to make it suitable for the evaluation of service trusted attribute level. In this respect, the main contributions of this paper are as follows: (1) A trust attribute rating evaluation tree is constructed. 2. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced into the evaluation of a single trusted attribute. The weight of each expert is considered when the creditable value of nodes is obtained by synthesizing multiple experts. After the research on the evaluation of the service trust attribute level, the service recommendation method is studied. The evaluation of the service trust attribute level is mainly to provide data for the service recommendation method. In the research of service recommendation method, because of the similarity between e-commerce recommendation and service recommendation, this paper firstly studies E-commerce recommendation and service recommendation, and summarizes the similarities and differences between them. Take advantage of the difference between e-commerce recommendation and service recommendation in scoring: in e-commerce, the user's score for goods is unique, and in service recommendation, the user's score for service will change with the use of the service environment. At the same time, in the service recommendation, there is not a simple overlay relationship between the trusted attributes of the service after the service composition, and some attributes promote each other, such as security and reliability. And some attributes will weaken each other, such as security and ease of use. Therefore, in order to make the recommended service satisfy the user's requirement of the composition application trust level after the composition, each trusted attribute level can satisfy the user's need for the composition application trust level. The problem of attribute conflict in combination process needs to be solved. Based on the above, this paper proposes a service recommendation method, which belongs to collaborative filtering recommendation method. In this part, the main contributions of this paper are as follows: 1, the similarities and differences between E-commerce recommendation and service recommendation are analyzed and summarized. 2. A trusted service recommendation method is proposed. 3, which solves the problem of attribute conflict in the process of service recommendation. Finally, based on the above proposed service recommendation method, this paper gives a service recommendation case, and carries on the simulation experiment and the analysis to the proposed recommendation method, the experiment proves, The method proposed in this paper can meet the needs of users for the choice of trusted services.
