【摘要】：研究了基于遺傳算法和差分進(jìn)化計(jì)算的入侵檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)中的特征選擇技術(shù),差分進(jìn)化計(jì)算在變異過(guò)程中并未考慮到適應(yīng)度大的個(gè)體,同時(shí)存在過(guò)早收斂問(wèn)題,而遺傳算法需要很多的迭代次數(shù)才能收斂。針對(duì)以上缺點(diǎn),結(jié)合模擬退火算法對(duì)差分進(jìn)化的變異過(guò)程進(jìn)行改進(jìn),同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)合理的適應(yīng)度函數(shù),使得該算法收斂于最優(yōu)特征子集。經(jīng)過(guò)Lincoln實(shí)驗(yàn)室入侵檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)集合MIT’1998測(cè)試,改進(jìn)算法與差分進(jìn)化算法和遺傳算法相比,具有良好的收斂性能,并且收斂特性穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:The feature selection technology in intrusion detection system based on genetic algorithm and differential evolution computation is studied. The individuals with high fitness are not considered in the mutation process of differential evolution computation, and there is premature convergence problem at the same time. Genetic algorithm needs a lot of iterations to converge. In view of the above shortcomings, the variation process of differential evolution is improved with simulated annealing algorithm, and a reasonable fitness function is designed to make the algorithm converge to the optimal feature subset. Compared with differential evolution algorithm (DEA) and genetic algorithm (GA), the improved algorithm has good convergence performance and stable convergence performance after MIT'1998 testing of Lincoln laboratory intrusion detection system evaluation data set.
