云計(jì)算環(huán)境下基于用戶行為的動(dòng)態(tài)信任管理機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著云計(jì)算的迅速發(fā)展,越來越多的用戶開始使用云計(jì)算平臺(tái)的服務(wù)隨著用戶數(shù)據(jù)的逐漸增多,如何保證云計(jì)算平臺(tái)資源能夠安全高效的被用戶所應(yīng)用,也已經(jīng)成為云計(jì)算平臺(tái)安全研究方面的一個(gè)重要研究方向 針對(duì)上述問題,本文從信任管理的角度出發(fā),提出一種基于用戶行為的動(dòng)態(tài)信任管理模型,并完成了該模型的原型系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)首先,通過云計(jì)算平臺(tái)的終端模板收集用戶終端的行為數(shù)據(jù)然后,采用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法K-Prototype和KNN算法對(duì)用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)的各個(gè)屬性進(jìn)行分析,得出不同的數(shù)據(jù)類別,并使用熵權(quán)法對(duì)于不同的數(shù)據(jù)屬性進(jìn)行權(quán)重賦值接下來,提出一種以用戶數(shù)據(jù)屬性為計(jì)算單位的信任算法,在算法中充分結(jié)合了用戶歷史信任數(shù)據(jù)和前面結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析結(jié)果,計(jì)算出用戶的信任值,度量用戶使用云計(jì)算平臺(tái)資源的可信程度最后,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)原型系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)具體實(shí)現(xiàn)了信任模型,并通過輸入用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算用戶最終的信任值 該動(dòng)態(tài)信任管理機(jī)制結(jié)合信任模型中各個(gè)組件,綜合用戶實(shí)際行為數(shù)據(jù)以及用戶歷史信任評(píng)估,,對(duì)用戶的可信程度進(jìn)行度量由文中實(shí)驗(yàn)部分各種情況對(duì)比可得,該模型能夠?qū)?shí)際情況中的變化具體反映到計(jì)算結(jié)果中,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶信任的動(dòng)態(tài)管理本文研究為云計(jì)算環(huán)境下的信任管理研究提供了一個(gè)參考,具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cloud computing, more and more users begin to use the services of cloud computing platform with the gradual increase of user data, how to ensure that cloud computing platform resources can be safely and efficiently applied by users, It has also become an important research direction in the field of cloud computing platform security. From the point of view of trust management, this paper proposes a dynamic trust management model based on user behavior. The prototype system of the model is completed. Firstly, the behavior data of the user terminal is collected through the terminal template of the cloud computing platform. Then, the data mining algorithms K-Prototype and KNN are used to analyze the attributes of the user behavior data. Different data categories are obtained, and the entropy method is used to assign weights to different data attributes. Then, a trust algorithm based on user data attributes is proposed, which takes user data attributes as the unit of calculation, and then puts forward a trust algorithm with user data attributes as the unit of calculation. In the algorithm, the historical trust data of users and the analysis results of data mining are combined to calculate the trust value of users. Finally, a prototype system is designed and implemented to measure the reliability of users using cloud computing platform resources. The system implements the trust model in detail, and calculates the final trust value of the user by inputting user behavior data. The dynamic trust management mechanism combines each component of the trust model with the dynamic trust management mechanism. Based on the data of user's actual behavior and the evaluation of user's historical trust, the reliability of the user can be measured by the comparison of various situations in the experiment. The model can reflect the changes in the actual situation into the calculation results. Thus, the dynamic management of user trust is realized. This research provides a reference for the research of trust management in cloud computing environment, which has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.
