【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)和普通百姓的日常生活密不可分，百姓的生活方式也在隨之改變。現(xiàn)如今人們已經(jīng)越來越喜歡從網(wǎng)上獲取各種信息，而隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的普及以及醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站數(shù)量的飛速增長必將有越來越多的人開始通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)手段獲取健康信息和尋求醫(yī)療幫助。本文密切結(jié)合益世教會醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站建設(shè)的需求，系統(tǒng)的研究了教會醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站的用戶類型，構(gòu)建了醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站的用戶模型，并將不同用戶模型在網(wǎng)站使用和在線掛號過程中的思維、行為過程分析應(yīng)用于網(wǎng)站界面設(shè)計(jì)中，最終完成了基于用戶模型的教會醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站界面設(shè)計(jì)，，優(yōu)化了在線掛號的任務(wù)流程。本文取得的成果如下： 1.通過對教會醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站用戶的調(diào)查研究，創(chuàng)建了益世醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站的用戶模型，明確了用戶需求。 2.通過將用戶模型代入場景的方法優(yōu)化了在線預(yù)約掛號服務(wù)的流程，完成了網(wǎng)站預(yù)約掛號界面設(shè)計(jì)。 3.探討了醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站與醫(yī)院管理結(jié)合的可能性，并針對不同類型用戶提出不同的界面設(shè)計(jì)，力爭推動醫(yī)療服務(wù)全網(wǎng)絡(luò)化。 4.借鑒國外先進(jìn)網(wǎng)站的界面設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)化了益世醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站的界面設(shè)計(jì)，形成具有教會特色的人性化的醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)方案。 本研究對于提高教會醫(yī)院在的市場上競爭能力具有重要意義，同時(shí)對于其他醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站界面設(shè)計(jì)也有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the Internet, the network has been closely related to the daily life of ordinary people, and the way of life of the common people is also changing. Nowadays, people are more and more interested in getting all kinds of information from the Internet. With the popularity of the Internet in the medical field and the rapid growth of the number of hospital websites, more and more people will begin to obtain health information and seek medical help through the network. In this paper, according to the requirements of the website construction of Yisheng Church Hospital, we systematically study the user types of the website of the Church Hospital, construct the user model of the hospital website, and make the thinking of different user models in the process of website use and on-line registration. The behavior process analysis is applied to the design of the website interface. Finally, the user model-based interface design of the church hospital website is completed, and the task flow of the on-line registration is optimized. The results obtained in this paper are as follows: 1. Through the investigation and research of the website users of the church hospital, the user model of the website of Yisheng Hospital is established and the users' needs are clearly defined. 2. This paper optimizes the flow of online booking registration service by substituting the user model into the scene, and completes the design of the booking registration interface of the website. 3. This paper probes into the possibility of the combination of hospital website and hospital management, and puts forward different interface designs for different types of users in order to promote the full network of medical services. 4. The interface design of Yishi Hospital website is optimized by using the experience of foreign advanced website design for reference, and a humanized hospital website design scheme with church characteristics is formed. This study is of great significance for improving the competitive power of church hospitals in the market, and also has some reference significance for other hospital website interface design.
