【摘要】：針對(duì)信息非對(duì)稱性導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保險(xiǎn)市場運(yùn)行效率下降問題,進(jìn)行了網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)條件下的最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保險(xiǎn)契約模型研究,使用委托代理理論建立了此類網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保險(xiǎn)契約分析模型并對(duì)其性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了討論。證明了不存在網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí),最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保險(xiǎn)契約可以實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)的帕累托最優(yōu)并要求完全保險(xiǎn),此時(shí)最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)等于網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全事件造成損失的期望值;存在網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí),最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保險(xiǎn)契約不能達(dá)到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)的帕累托最優(yōu)并要求部分保險(xiǎn),此時(shí)最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)小于網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全事件造成損失的期望值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the information asymmetry leads to the decline of the efficiency of the network security insurance market, this paper studies the optimal network security insurance contract model under the condition of the network users' moral hazard. Based on the principal-agent theory, an analytical model of network security insurance contract is established and its properties are discussed. It is proved that when there is no moral hazard for network users, the optimal network security insurance contract can realize Pareto optimal risk sharing and require complete insurance, at which time the optimal network security premium is equal to the expected value of loss caused by network security events. In the presence of moral hazard of network users, the optimal network security insurance contract cannot reach Pareto optimal risk sharing and requires partial insurance, and the optimal network security insurance premium is less than the expected value of loss caused by network security events.
