基于EtherCAT工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)場控制系統(tǒng)主站設(shè)計與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和以工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)為典型的新型現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)的迅速蔓延為生產(chǎn)自動控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)化奠定了基礎(chǔ)。其中基于EtherCAT的工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)總線以其網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)靈活、系統(tǒng)配置簡單、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸高速高效,以及實現(xiàn)成本低廉等特點成為當(dāng)今和未來工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展的方向。開展基于EtherCAT,總線相關(guān)接口技術(shù)的研究開發(fā),對于提升我國工業(yè)自動化水平具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本論文以基于EtherCAT工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)現(xiàn)場控制系統(tǒng)為研究背景,重點研究EtherCAT總線協(xié)議,主站控制系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),軟硬件設(shè)計和系統(tǒng)測試方法等幾個方面。 本文首先對工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展情況進行介紹,闡述了工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)和EtherCAT,總線的工作原理,并深入分析了EtherCAT,總線協(xié)議。 接著,詳細分析系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu),將EtherCAT工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)與ARM嵌入式技術(shù)相結(jié)合,提出了基于EtherCAT主站系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計方案,對主站電路原理圖的各個功能單元關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和設(shè)計進行詳細的論述,并最終完成了主站系統(tǒng)的PCB局布線設(shè)計。在硬件設(shè)計過程中增加了EMC方面的設(shè)計,提高了系統(tǒng)性能的穩(wěn)定性。 然后,提出了基于Linux操作系統(tǒng)的實時控制系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu),詳細闡述EtherCAT主站系統(tǒng)軟件方面設(shè)計,介紹軟件系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)平臺和系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。分析了EtherCAT主站與從站之間通訊的實現(xiàn)機理,通過對應(yīng)用層模塊進行開發(fā),完成系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計。 最后,在軟硬件完成的基礎(chǔ)上搭建測試平臺,選用BECKHOFF公司所生產(chǎn)的EtherCAT,總線耦合器BK1120和I/O模塊(KL2809、KL1809)組成從站系統(tǒng),與本課題所設(shè)計的EtherCAT的主站模塊組成整套系統(tǒng),并進行測試和結(jié)果分析。最終實驗結(jié)果表明:EtherCAT主站軟硬件設(shè)計符合設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology and the rapid spread of new fieldbus technology, which is typical of industrial Ethernet, it has laid a foundation for the production of automatic control network. Industrial Ethernet bus based on EtherCAT has become the trend of industrial Ethernet technology development nowadays and in the future because of its flexible network topology, simple system configuration, high speed and high efficiency of data transmission and low cost. The research and development of the interface technology based on EtherCAT, bus is of great practical significance to improve the level of industrial automation in China. In this paper, based on EtherCAT industrial Ethernet field control system as the research background, focusing on the EtherCAT bus protocol, master station control system architecture, hardware and software design and system testing methods and other aspects. In this paper, the research status and development of industrial Ethernet are introduced, the working principle of industrial Ethernet and EtherCAT, bus is expounded, and the protocol of EtherCAT, bus is deeply analyzed. Then, the overall structure of the system is analyzed in detail, and the hardware design scheme based on EtherCAT master station system is put forward by combining EtherCAT industrial Ethernet with ARM embedded technology. The key technology and design of each function unit of the master station circuit schematic diagram are discussed in detail, and the PCB routing design of the master station system is finally completed. In the process of hardware design, the design of EMC is added, and the stability of system performance is improved. Then, the architecture of real-time control system based on Linux operating system is proposed, and the software design of EtherCAT master station system is described in detail. The development platform and system structure of the software system are introduced. The realization mechanism of communication between EtherCAT master station and slave station is analyzed. The software design of the system is completed by developing the application layer module. Finally, the test platform is built based on the completion of hardware and software. The slave station system is composed of the EtherCAT, bus coupler BK1120 and I / O module (KL2809,KL1809) produced by BECKHOFF, and the main station module of EtherCAT designed in this paper. And test and result analysis. The final experimental results show that the EtherCAT master station hardware and software design meets the design requirements.
