網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)技術(shù)接受度影響因素建模與實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:以消費(fèi)者為中心的健康信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)能夠滿足用戶健康管理的需求,它可以為用戶提供大量的健康信息,并通過健康咨詢服務(wù)提高用戶的健康護(hù)理能力,有助于用戶做出更合適的醫(yī)療決策,從而提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系的質(zhì)量和效率。然而,有研究指出,很多網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)并不為消費(fèi)者所接受,這就阻礙了健康信息服務(wù)的傳播和使用。本文研究目的是通過理論建模探究決定消費(fèi)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)接受度的影響因素;谛畔⒓夹g(shù)領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)典理論-技術(shù)接受模型(TAM),引入與網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)情境相關(guān)的外部變量,構(gòu)建消費(fèi)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)技術(shù)接受度模型。本文結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和問卷調(diào)查進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集。問卷包括個(gè)人基本信息問卷和網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)技術(shù)接受度問卷兩部分。我們對(duì)樣本基本信息作描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)技術(shù)接受度問卷中的各個(gè)理論建構(gòu)作信度分析和效度分析,并運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程分析探討和檢驗(yàn)引入的與情境相關(guān)的外部變量與技術(shù)接受模型核心變量間的因果假設(shè)關(guān)系。信度效度分析表明,技術(shù)接受度問卷具有良好的信度和效度。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析顯示,理論模型能較好的與樣本數(shù)據(jù)擬合,整個(gè)模型能夠解釋使用意向55%的變異方差。本文所引入的健康信息搜尋偏好、自我效能感、感知可信度和可用性是影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息服務(wù)接受的重要因素,它們通過感知易用性或感知有用性間接作用于使用態(tài)度,并最終影響用戶的使用意圖。其中,自我效能感對(duì)感知易用性和感知有用性均有顯著的正面作用。健康信息搜尋偏好對(duì)感知有用性無顯著的正面作用,但對(duì)感知易用性有顯著的正面作用。感知可信度顯著地影響感知有用性。主觀可用性能夠直接地正面影響感知易用性,并通過感知可信度和自我效能感間接地作用于感知有用性。雖然客觀可用性對(duì)感知易用性和感知有用性均沒有顯著的直接影響,但對(duì)主觀可用性有直接的正向作用。本文的實(shí)證研究結(jié)果有助于理解年輕用戶群體對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)的接受行為,為設(shè)計(jì)出針對(duì)于一般公眾的健康信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)體系提供參考意見,從而提高健康信息的有效利用和公眾對(duì)其的接受程度。
[Abstract]:The consumer-centered health information service platform can meet the needs of user health management, it can provide users with a large amount of health information, and improve the health care ability of users through health consulting services. Help users to make more appropriate medical decisions, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of the medical service system. However, some studies have pointed out that many online health information service platforms are not accepted by consumers, which hinders the dissemination and use of health information services. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence the acceptance of consumer network health information service platform through theoretical modeling. Based on the classical theory and technology acceptance model in the field of information technology, (TAM), introduces the external variables related to the situation of network health information service platform, and constructs the model of technology acceptance of consumer network health information service platform. This paper combines experimental design and questionnaire survey to collect data. The questionnaire includes two parts: personal basic information questionnaire and technical acceptance questionnaire of network health information service platform. We make descriptive statistical analysis on the basic information of the sample, reliability analysis and validity analysis on each theory construction in the technical acceptance questionnaire. Using structural equation analysis, the causal hypothesis between the context-related external variables and the core variables of the technical acceptance model is discussed and tested. Reliability and validity analysis showed that the technical acceptance questionnaire had good reliability and validity. The structural equation model analysis shows that the theoretical model can fit well with the sample data, and the whole model can explain the variance of using intention 55%. The health information search preferences, self-efficacy, perceived credibility and usability are the important factors that affect the acceptance of health information services in the network. They indirectly affect the use attitude through perceived usability or perceived usefulness. And ultimately affect the user's intention to use. Among them, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on perceived usability and perceived usefulness. Health information search preference has no significant positive effect on perceived usefulness, but has significant positive effect on perceived usability. Perceived credibility significantly affects perceived usefulness. Subjective usability can affect perceived usability directly and indirectly through perceived credibility and self-efficacy. Objective usability has no significant direct effect on perceived usability and perceived usefulness, but it has a direct positive effect on subjective usability. The empirical results of this paper are helpful to understand the acceptance behavior of the young users to the network health information service platform, and to provide the reference for the design of the health information service platform system for the general public.
