基于Web的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同配置系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and network, it is very important for enterprises to realize network management. The contemporary market requires the enterprise to innovate constantly to adapt to the changing new situation, and needs the enterprise to have the ability to adapt to the customer's individuation request quickly, so it is urgent to develop the efficient and fast production mode. The product cooperative configuration system based on Web combines the Internet and product production to realize the intelligence and automation of product configuration and greatly improve the production efficiency of enterprises. This topic uses multi-level mapping configuration method, consummates the module division of the product configuration system, further expands and consummates the system instance database (the data information database of the parts in the product cooperative configuration system). That is to say, the power module of bag making machine is added in the product configuration system, which will realize the screening configuration under the condition of multi-requirement compound. And improved the variant design system in the process of product configuration. When the components and components in the part database can not meet the needs of customers in the process of product collaborative configuration, the variant design system is used to efficiently configure the required components. The original variant design is based on the geometric size of the variant design, can not change the structure of the part can only change the size, feature design can make developers combined with common features such as holes, grooves and so on to build and change the existing part structure. In this paper, the realization and related operation of the product cooperative configuration system are described in detail. In the process of product configuration, the information of the product should be managed, such as parts management, personnel addition management, drawing file upload and download, etc. Chat room function, this subject based on Web product collaboration configuration system will achieve the above functions of network collaboration. The technology and development platform used to realize the product collaborative configuration system are deeply studied, and the product network is released by using Web. Finally, the feasibility of the product collaborative configuration system is verified.
