基于WEB服務(wù)的數(shù)字化警示教育平臺(tái)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:數(shù)字化警示教育平臺(tái)是預(yù)防腐敗教育工作中一個(gè)重要的平臺(tái),就是要利用高效廉價(jià)的信息傳遞方式,克服傳統(tǒng)警示教育的缺點(diǎn),使受教育者不受時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和空間的限制,在有限的受教育時(shí)間內(nèi)得到足夠的信息,而不必考慮由于時(shí)間、人員、場(chǎng)地等客觀條件的限制。數(shù)字化警示教育平臺(tái)使單位受教育的成本得到大幅度降低。 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)警示教育方式中,宣傳者個(gè)體素質(zhì)的差異對(duì)警示教育有較大的影響,宣傳時(shí)間、場(chǎng)地和資金等限制也是影響預(yù)防宣傳教育工作進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的瓶頸。本課題采用數(shù)字化的方式和WEB服務(wù)的方法,以浙江省法紀(jì)教育基地為原型,提出了基于WEB服務(wù)的數(shù)字化警示教育平臺(tái),結(jié)合WEB服務(wù)的特點(diǎn),不僅能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程的資源統(tǒng)一管理,也使受教育的黨員干部能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程管理、注冊(cè)、登錄和實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控等功能,用戶可以通過(guò)個(gè)人資產(chǎn)申報(bào)來(lái)實(shí)時(shí)如實(shí)申報(bào)個(gè)人資產(chǎn),接受紀(jì)委監(jiān)督檢查。同時(shí),能夠讓黨員干部在遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)參加警示教育,達(dá)到警示教育的最大效益。 本課題中首先對(duì)警示教育平臺(tái)進(jìn)行分析,包括可行性分析和系統(tǒng)功能需求分析,然后通過(guò)分析得到的需求分析報(bào)告進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),最后進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,在測(cè)試中首先通過(guò)人工測(cè)試進(jìn)行單元測(cè)試、集成測(cè)試和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果是能夠滿足警示教育的需求,也能夠滿足系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。然后進(jìn)行自動(dòng)測(cè)試軟件對(duì)數(shù)字化警示教育平臺(tái)的事務(wù)響應(yīng)時(shí)間、業(yè)務(wù)成功率、CPU使用情況、內(nèi)存使用情況和并發(fā)數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,從測(cè)試結(jié)果來(lái)看,上述的測(cè)試指標(biāo)都能夠到達(dá)系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的目標(biāo)值,符合測(cè)試的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。 當(dāng)然本課題有進(jìn)一步拓展的空間,現(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)只能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)報(bào)名參加培訓(xùn)人員管理,培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目管理,培訓(xùn)統(tǒng)計(jì),人員管理和資源管理等,在實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控方面只能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)第一次登錄時(shí)的個(gè)人照片拍照上傳,如果通過(guò)更加先進(jìn)的身份認(rèn)證方法比如指紋掃描等,對(duì)參加遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)的人員是一個(gè)更好的監(jiān)督和促進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The digital warning education platform is an important platform in the education work of preventing corruption. It is to make use of efficient and cheap ways of transmitting information to overcome the shortcomings of traditional warning education, so that the educated can not be restricted by time, place and space. Get enough information within a limited time of education without taking into account the limitations of time, personnel, venue and other objective conditions. Digital warning education platform greatly reduces the cost of unit education. In view of the traditional warning education, the difference of propagandists' individual quality has a great influence on the warning education, and the limitation of propaganda time, space and funds is also the bottleneck of the further development of the preventive propaganda and education. This subject adopts the method of digitization and WEB service, taking the law and discipline education base of Zhejiang Province as the prototype, puts forward the digital warning education platform based on the WEB service, combining the characteristic of WEB service, not only can realize the remote resources unified management. It also enables the educated Party members and cadres to realize the functions of remote management, registration, login and real-time monitoring. Users can declare their personal assets in real time through personal asset declaration, and accept supervision and inspection by the discipline Inspection Commission. At the same time, the Party members and cadres can participate in the warning education in real time, and achieve the maximum benefit of warning education. In this paper, we first analyze the warning education platform, including feasibility analysis and system functional requirement analysis, then design and implement the system through the analysis of the requirement analysis report, and finally test the system. In the test, the unit test, the integrated test and the system test are carried out by manual test. The test results can meet the requirement of warning education and the design goal of the system. Then the automatic test software is tested on the transaction response time, business success rate, CPU usage, memory usage and concurrency of the digital warning education platform. The above test indexes can reach the target value of the system test and meet the test target. Of course, there is room for further expansion of this topic. The existing systems can only realize the management of participants in training, the management of training projects, the statistics of training, the management of personnel and the management of resources, etc. In the aspect of real-time monitoring, it can only upload the personal photos of the first login. If more advanced authentication methods such as fingerprint scanning are adopted, it will be a better supervision and promotion for those who take part in the remote training.
