基于用戶反饋的移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)用戶體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著無(wú)線通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展及智能終端的普及,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)不斷影響著人們的生活和工作方式,與此同時(shí),移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下的流媒體業(yè)務(wù)也隨之迅速發(fā)展。如何對(duì)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),最大限度地提升用戶對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)的體驗(yàn),逐漸成為人們研究的熱點(diǎn)。常用的流媒體業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)分為主觀方法和客觀方法。主觀測(cè)量系統(tǒng)雖然直觀準(zhǔn)確,但花費(fèi)過(guò)大而且時(shí)效性差;相比之下,客觀方法具有評(píng)估結(jié)果數(shù)值性、過(guò)程可重復(fù)性及易操作性等特點(diǎn),適于實(shí)際操作。但常用的客觀評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)無(wú)法滿足動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)不同用戶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)需求及偏好,無(wú)法進(jìn)行區(qū)分用戶的個(gè)性化體驗(yàn)管理。因此,需要設(shè)計(jì)一套完善用戶質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),能夠?qū)W(wǎng)絡(luò)中流媒體業(yè)務(wù)的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行全面、實(shí)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)估。 本文首先根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織給出的用戶質(zhì)量QoE管理的指標(biāo)體系及其提取流程,從技術(shù)因素和非技術(shù)因素兩方面分析,進(jìn)而生成流媒體業(yè)務(wù)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),這些指標(biāo)可以對(duì)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行全面、準(zhǔn)確的反映。同時(shí)從流媒體評(píng)價(jià)模型入手,分析和對(duì)比了不同模型對(duì)于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下流媒體業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的適用性,并選擇其中較為理想的評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)測(cè)。在完成指標(biāo)的提取和模型的選擇后,結(jié)合基于用戶反饋的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果修正方法,對(duì)流媒體業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行需求分析和系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),完成對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的概要設(shè)計(jì),并給出用例圖。然后,設(shè)計(jì)基于用戶反饋的流媒體評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程,并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)功能模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),并給出類(lèi)圖及類(lèi)方法的設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表的邏輯及設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)。 最后,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)核心頁(yè)面的展示,并對(duì)全文做出了總結(jié),進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明基于反饋的流媒體評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際用戶體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the development of wireless communication technology and the popularization of intelligent terminals, the mobile Internet is constantly affecting the way people live and work. At the same time, streaming media services under the mobile Internet also develop rapidly. How to evaluate the quality of streaming media service to maximize the user's experience of the business has gradually become a hot topic. The quality evaluation of streaming media service is divided into subjective method and objective method. Although the subjective measurement system is intuitionistic and accurate, the cost is too large and the time efficiency is poor. In contrast, the objective method has the characteristics of numerical evaluation results, repeatability of the process and ease of operation, so it is suitable for practical operation. However, the commonly used objective evaluation system can not meet the needs and preferences of different users dynamically, and can not manage the differentiated users' personalized experience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a perfect user quality evaluation system, which can evaluate the quality of streaming media services in a comprehensive, real-time and accurate manner. Firstly, according to the index system of user quality QoE management given by the standard organization and its extraction process, this paper analyzes the technical factors and non-technical factors, and then generates the evaluation index of streaming media business. These indexes can reflect streaming media business comprehensively and accurately. At the same time, this paper analyzes and compares the applicability of different models to the quality evaluation of streaming media services under the mobile Internet, and selects the more ideal evaluation methods to evaluate the quality of streaming media services. After the completion of index extraction and model selection, combined with the evaluation result correction method based on user feedback, the requirement analysis of streaming media service and the overall design of the system are carried out, and the outline design of each functional module of the evaluation system is completed. The use case diagram is given. Then, the business process of streaming media evaluation system based on user feedback is designed, and the function module of the evaluation system is designed in detail, and the design of class diagram and class method, the logic and design details of database table are given. Finally, the core pages of the system are displayed, and the full text is summarized, which further explains the practicability of the feedback based streaming media evaluation system in the actual user experience evaluation process.
