【摘要】：本文研究交互式網(wǎng)站中的用戶(hù)期待問(wèn)題。用戶(hù)在使用網(wǎng)頁(yè)時(shí)存在一種用戶(hù)期待，，用戶(hù)本身沒(méi)有意識(shí)到自己存在這種期待，用戶(hù)使用界面時(shí)的愉悅感或反感都和用戶(hù)期待的滿(mǎn)足程度有關(guān)。用戶(hù)期待分為兩類(lèi)，對(duì)外觀美感的期待和對(duì)功能的期待。其中美感期待包括對(duì)網(wǎng)頁(yè)布局、配色、字體等界面設(shè)計(jì)元素的期待；功能期待包括對(duì)信息篩選、布局以及響應(yīng)方式等方面的期待。然而網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中存在界面設(shè)計(jì)不能滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)期待的問(wèn)題，網(wǎng)頁(yè)界面中出現(xiàn)的信息元素不足以滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)的感性期待，與用戶(hù)期待沒(méi)有產(chǎn)生共鳴。本論文從以下幾個(gè)方面重點(diǎn)論述： 1.人機(jī)交互思想與用戶(hù)期待相結(jié)合�？偨Y(jié)概括出交互式網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計(jì)流程，分析整理用戶(hù)研究中獲得的數(shù)據(jù)，還原用戶(hù)的真實(shí)使用情況，構(gòu)建完整的以用戶(hù)為中心的交互網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)原則，指導(dǎo)網(wǎng)頁(yè)界面設(shè)計(jì)。 2.感性工程學(xué)相關(guān)方法與用戶(hù)期待相結(jié)合。尊重用戶(hù)的感性需求，實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶(hù)的感性需求與網(wǎng)頁(yè)信息元素的聯(lián)系,建立用戶(hù)與網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的互動(dòng)。 3.結(jié)合粗糙集理論，研究美感期待與功能期待相關(guān)的條件變量與決策變量，利用理性的數(shù)學(xué)算法發(fā)掘界面設(shè)計(jì)元素與用戶(hù)期待之間的隱性關(guān)系。 4.完善采購(gòu)網(wǎng)要實(shí)現(xiàn)的產(chǎn)品交易職能，簡(jiǎn)化能和用戶(hù)互動(dòng)的產(chǎn)品交易平臺(tái)，體貼用戶(hù)心理，優(yōu)化用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)，保證網(wǎng)站可用性。完善用戶(hù)研究成果，為今后企業(yè)網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展提供有價(jià)值的指導(dǎo)。本文通過(guò)總結(jié)了一系列方法，設(shè)計(jì)出一套天大精益數(shù)控機(jī)床采購(gòu)網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)效果圖。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the problem of user expectation in interactive websites. The user has a kind of user expectation when using the web page. The user does not realize that there is this expectation. The pleasure or disgust of the user when using the interface is related to the degree of satisfaction of the user expectation. User expectations are divided into two categories, aesthetic and functional expectations. The aesthetic expectation includes the expectation of the page layout, color matching, font and other interface design elements; the functional expectation includes the expectation of information filtering, layout and response. However, there is the problem that the interface design can not meet the expectations of the user. The information elements in the web interface are not enough to meet the emotional expectations of users, and do not resonate with the expectations of users. This paper focuses on the following aspects: 1. The idea of human-computer interaction is combined with user expectation. This paper summarizes the design process of interactive web site, analyzes and arranges the data obtained from user research, restores the real usage of users, constructs the complete interactive web page design principles centered on users, and guides the design of web interface. 2. Perceptual engineering related methods are combined with user expectations. Respect the user's perceptual demand, realize the connection between the user's perceptual demand and the information element of the web page, and establish the interaction between the user and the web page design. 3. Based on rough set theory, the conditional variables and decision variables related to aesthetic expectation and functional expectation are studied, and the implicit relationship between interface design elements and user expectations is explored by rational mathematical algorithm. 4. To improve the purchasing network to achieve the function of product trading, simplify the product trading platform that can interact with users, considerate the user psychology, optimize the user experience, and ensure the usability of the website. Improve user research results and provide valuable guidance for the future development of enterprise websites. In this paper, a series of methods are summarized to design a design effect chart of the large lean NC machine tool purchasing network.
