交互式網(wǎng)站中的用戶(hù)期待研究
[Abstract]:This paper studies the problem of user expectation in interactive websites. The user has a kind of user expectation when using the web page. The user does not realize that there is this expectation. The pleasure or disgust of the user when using the interface is related to the degree of satisfaction of the user expectation. User expectations are divided into two categories, aesthetic and functional expectations. The aesthetic expectation includes the expectation of the page layout, color matching, font and other interface design elements; the functional expectation includes the expectation of information filtering, layout and response. However, there is the problem that the interface design can not meet the expectations of the user. The information elements in the web interface are not enough to meet the emotional expectations of users, and do not resonate with the expectations of users. This paper focuses on the following aspects: 1. The idea of human-computer interaction is combined with user expectation. This paper summarizes the design process of interactive web site, analyzes and arranges the data obtained from user research, restores the real usage of users, constructs the complete interactive web page design principles centered on users, and guides the design of web interface. 2. Perceptual engineering related methods are combined with user expectations. Respect the user's perceptual demand, realize the connection between the user's perceptual demand and the information element of the web page, and establish the interaction between the user and the web page design. 3. Based on rough set theory, the conditional variables and decision variables related to aesthetic expectation and functional expectation are studied, and the implicit relationship between interface design elements and user expectations is explored by rational mathematical algorithm. 4. To improve the purchasing network to achieve the function of product trading, simplify the product trading platform that can interact with users, considerate the user psychology, optimize the user experience, and ensure the usability of the website. Improve user research results and provide valuable guidance for the future development of enterprise websites. In this paper, a series of methods are summarized to design a design effect chart of the large lean NC machine tool purchasing network.
