【摘要】：服務(wù)系統(tǒng)運行中因環(huán)境變化而面臨各種不確定性事件,導致期望價值無法完全實現(xiàn).有多種應(yīng)對不確定性的策略,不同的策略導致服務(wù)最終成功執(zhí)行的概率不同,所導致的質(zhì)量變化(時間延遲、成本溢出等)也不同,需要尋求最優(yōu)的應(yīng)對策略,使不確定性造成的損失和應(yīng)對策略所付出的代價最小.對不確定性事件和相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對策略進行了分類,根據(jù)流程結(jié)構(gòu)定義服務(wù)執(zhí)行中的各種狀態(tài),采用不確定性觸發(fā)關(guān)系圖(UTG)刻畫狀態(tài)與決策動作之間的關(guān)系,進而采用Markov決策過程(MDP)進行最優(yōu)策略的選擇.通過仿真實驗驗證了方法的有效性,并給出了影響決策效果的若干因素.
[Abstract]:Due to the change of environment, the expected value can not be fully realized because of the uncertain events in the service system. There are many strategies to deal with uncertainty. Different strategies lead to different probability of successful service execution and different quality changes (time delay, cost spillover, etc.). Minimize the cost of loss and coping strategies caused by uncertainty. The uncertain events and corresponding coping strategies are classified. According to the process structure, the various states in the service execution are defined, and the relationship between the state and the decision action is described by using the uncertainty trigger relation graph (UTG). Then the Markov decision process (MDP) is used to select the optimal strategy. The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation experiments, and some factors influencing the decision-making effect are given.
