【摘要】：社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的用戶影響力研究對于客觀認(rèn)識信息傳播規(guī)律、分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員和輔助輿情監(jiān)控等具有重大意義�，F(xiàn)有工作對影響力度量的時(shí)效性考慮不足,導(dǎo)致難以準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測影響力的變化規(guī)律。針對此問題,提出一種基于遺忘曲線的用戶影響力時(shí)效性度量方法,利用遺忘曲線和重復(fù)學(xué)習(xí)理論,并結(jié)合用戶活躍度參數(shù)擬合影響力隨時(shí)間下降及上升的變化過程�；谛吕宋⒉┖腿巳司W(wǎng)的真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)集,對該方法進(jìn)行了仿真驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明:提出的方法能簡便快速較準(zhǔn)確地刻畫用戶影響力在一段時(shí)期內(nèi)的變化情況。另外,雖然基于遺忘曲線的方法并沒有實(shí)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測出用戶影響力的升高降低變化規(guī)律,但卻能根據(jù)初始影響力和用戶的活躍狀態(tài)大致給出一個(gè)用戶影響力的變化區(qū)間,有利于研究者對于用戶影響力未來變化趨勢作一個(gè)大致的預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:The research of user influence in social network is of great significance for understanding the law of information dissemination objectively, analyzing network members and assisting public opinion monitoring and so on. Due to the insufficient consideration of the timeliness of influence measurement, it is difficult to predict the law of influence change accurately. In order to solve this problem, a method of measuring the time-effectiveness of user's influence based on forgetting curve is proposed. Using the theory of forgetting curve and repeated learning, and combining with the user's activity parameter, the process of influence decreasing and rising with time is fitted. Based on the real data sets of Sina Weibo and Renren, the simulation results show that the proposed method is simple, fast and accurate to describe the change of user influence in a period of time. In addition, although the method based on forgetting curve does not accurately predict the change rule of user influence in real time, it can give a variation range of user influence according to the initial influence and the active state of user. It is helpful for researchers to make a rough prediction of the future trend of user influence.
