【摘要】：正2013年6月26日,中國社會科學(xué)院美國研究所主辦了"中美關(guān)系中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題"學(xué)術(shù)研討會。來自中國科學(xué)院、中國現(xiàn)代國際關(guān)系研究院、外交學(xué)院、中國國際問題研究所、中國工業(yè)和信息化部、公安部和中國社科院美國研究所的專家學(xué)者參加了會議。與會專家圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全與中美關(guān)系、中國面臨的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全挑戰(zhàn)及斯諾登事件的影響等問題進(jìn)行了研討。中國現(xiàn)代國際關(guān)系研究院副院長傅夢孜研究員認(rèn)為,從中美關(guān)系的角度來看,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題已經(jīng)成為中美關(guān)系中的一個核心問題。奧巴馬政府想要維持美國的創(chuàng)新能力,以避免被中國趕超,但近年來中國的技術(shù)進(jìn)步超出了美國的
[Abstract]:On June 26, 2013, the Institute of American Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, hosted a symposium on cyber security in Sino-US relations. Experts and scholars from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Modern International Relations, the Institute of Foreign Affairs, the China Institute of International Studies, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security and the American Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences attended the meeting. Experts discussed cyber security and Sino-US relations, China's cyber security challenges and the impact of the Snowden incident. Fu Mengzi, vice president of the China Institute of Modern International Relations, believes that from the perspective of Sino-US relations, the issue of cyber security has become a core issue in Sino-US relations. The Obama administration wants to maintain America's ability to innovate in order to avoid being caught up with China, but in recent years China's technological advances have surpassed those of the United States.
