【摘要】：在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的Sybil賬號(hào)日益猖獗,他們會(huì)制造各種惡意活動(dòng),這些嚴(yán)重危害到了社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)和用戶的安全.針對(duì)Sybil賬號(hào)檢測(cè)這個(gè)問題,提出一個(gè)非常高效的Sybil賬號(hào)檢測(cè)模型.該模型提出使用受害者預(yù)測(cè)來提高檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性,將抽取的特征屬性進(jìn)行建模得到分類器,使用分類器進(jìn)行受害者預(yù)測(cè).再將預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果應(yīng)用到社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖模型中,最后,使用修改的隨機(jī)游走對(duì)圖節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行排序.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明Sybil賬號(hào)節(jié)點(diǎn)排在序列的底部,從而將Sybil賬號(hào)從正常賬號(hào)中分離出來.該模型的準(zhǔn)確性達(dá)到了95%,這表明本文提出的檢測(cè)模型是可行和有效的.
[Abstract]:Sybil accounts are rampant in online social networks, creating malicious activities that seriously compromise social networks and users. Aiming at the problem of Sybil account detection, a very efficient Sybil account detection model is proposed. In this model, the victim prediction is used to improve the accuracy of detection, the extracted feature attributes are modeled to get the classifier, and the classifier is used to predict the victim. Then the prediction results are applied to the social network graph model. Finally, the modified random walk is used to sort the graph nodes. The experimental results show that the Sybil account node is located at the bottom of the sequence, and the Sybil account is separated from the normal account. The accuracy of the model is 95%, which shows that the detection model presented in this paper is feasible and effective.
