【摘要】：WSIS進(jìn)程是全球?qū)υ捴芯哂欣锍瘫饬x的事件,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理逐漸成為其主導(dǎo)議題并始終貫穿多利益相關(guān)方治理模式的爭(zhēng)議。根據(jù)WSIS的發(fā)展階段,中國(guó)參與WSIS的歷程也可分為三個(gè)階段,以不同的參與重點(diǎn)為特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)參與歷程的回顧以及"天時(shí)、地利、人和"優(yōu)勢(shì)的分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)WSIS是中國(guó)積極參與國(guó)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理并發(fā)揮更大作用的最好平臺(tái)。并為中國(guó)更好地參與WSIS乃至國(guó)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理提供相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The WSIS process is a landmark event in the global dialogue. Internet governance has gradually become the dominant issue and has always run through the controversy of the multi-stakeholder governance model. According to the development stage of WSIS, China's participation in WSIS can also be divided into three stages, characterized by different participation emphases. By reviewing the process of participation and analyzing the advantages of "timing, geographical location, people and others", we can find that WSIS is the best platform for China to actively participate in international network governance and play a greater role. And for China to better participate in WSIS and even international network governance to provide corresponding advice.
