【摘要】：隨著Internet互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)、單位、部門(mén)采用信息化技術(shù)手段建立電子辦公系統(tǒng)，數(shù)據(jù)信息呈現(xiàn)出爆炸式增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)。公安機(jī)關(guān)作為國(guó)家預(yù)防、制止和偵查違法犯罪活動(dòng)等維護(hù)民眾公共治安的重要部門(mén)，其正常運(yùn)行需要采集大量的社會(huì)信息，從而進(jìn)行分析、做出正確決策。原本各部門(mén)建設(shè)的信息化數(shù)據(jù)采集業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)也確實(shí)為公安部門(mén)的工作提供了便捷。但隨著時(shí)間的推移，由于各個(gè)部門(mén)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)建立時(shí)間不一、建設(shè)團(tuán)隊(duì)不一造成的數(shù)據(jù)冗余、“信息孤島”的現(xiàn)象也漸漸顯露出來(lái)。為了使公安相關(guān)部門(mén)能夠打破時(shí)間、空間限制，全面、準(zhǔn)確地獲取到所需數(shù)據(jù)，公安部門(mén)開(kāi)始尋求數(shù)據(jù)集成解決方案。本文與實(shí)際工程緊密相連，以四川省公安廳數(shù)據(jù)集成平臺(tái)的開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用為背景，研究如何利用面向服務(wù)架構(gòu)（SOA）技術(shù)，根據(jù)其面向服務(wù)、松散耦合、粗粒度、易擴(kuò)展等特性，將現(xiàn)有分布多處、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)各異的公安信息資源集成為一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)源充分獨(dú)立、信息相互交叉、易擴(kuò)展新增數(shù)據(jù)源的公共數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)。通過(guò)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)集成技術(shù)的分析研究，比較其優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)，依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)集成需要易于擴(kuò)展數(shù)據(jù)源的新要求，，針對(duì)分布式異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)集成存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析，主要闡述了公安數(shù)據(jù)集成平臺(tái)的SOA架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)抽簽、數(shù)據(jù)整合等環(huán)節(jié)的研究，通過(guò)采用數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)制、數(shù)據(jù)快照、全表對(duì)比、時(shí)間戳等方式集成各數(shù)據(jù)源，并將整合服務(wù)分解為多個(gè)服務(wù)粒度更小的轉(zhuǎn)換步驟，在降低耦合的同時(shí)，增加系統(tǒng)重用性，建立可重用、易擴(kuò)展、高效率的公安數(shù)據(jù)集成平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Internet technology, more and more enterprises, units and departments use information technology to establish electronic office systems, and data information shows an explosive growth trend. The public security organ, as an important department of the state to prevent, stop and detect illegal and criminal activities, needs to collect a large amount of social information to make correct decision. The information-based data acquisition business system built by various departments has indeed provided convenience for the work of the public security department. However, with the passage of time, the phenomenon of "information island" is gradually revealed because of the different time of establishing business system and the data redundancy caused by the different construction team. In order to make the public security departments break through the time and space constraints and obtain the required data comprehensively and accurately, the public security departments began to seek a solution for data integration. Based on the development and application of the data integration platform of Sichuan Public Security Bureau, this paper studies how to use the service-oriented architecture (SOA) technology according to its characteristics of service-oriented, loosely coupled, coarse-grained, extensible, and so on. The existing public security information resources with multiple distribution and different data storage structures are integrated into a public data platform with independent data sources, intersecting information, and easy to expand new data sources. Based on the analysis and research of traditional data integration technology, the advantages and disadvantages are compared. According to the new requirements of data integration, the problems existing in distributed heterogeneous data integration are analyzed. This paper mainly expounds the SOA architecture design, data drawing and data integration of the public security data integration platform. By adopting the methods of data replication, data snapshot, full table comparison, time stamp, etc, the data sources are integrated. The integrated service is decomposed into several transformation steps with smaller service granularity, which can reduce the coupling, increase the system reusability, and establish a reusable, extensible and efficient public security data integration platform.
