【摘要】：為了通過云制造服務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對制造資源能力的精準(zhǔn)調(diào)度與使用,云制造模式要求制造資源的虛擬化過程必須保證云制造服務(wù)所描述的相關(guān)能力與原制造資源所提供的能力在邏輯上具備嚴(yán)格的一致性.為此,提出了基于同態(tài)映射的制造資源虛擬化機(jī)制:通過在物理資源層和云服務(wù)層之間定義抽象的虛擬能力層,在解耦物理資源與云服務(wù)之間直接映射的同時(shí),分別定義了制造資源-虛擬能力、虛擬能力-云服務(wù)的同態(tài)映射函數(shù);采用基于語義相等映射的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理,將物理資源的能力及其所需的依賴條件進(jìn)行同態(tài)抽象轉(zhuǎn)換,并通過初步的案例仿真說明制造資源在同態(tài)映射過程中保持了能力語義的不變性.
[Abstract]:In order to achieve accurate scheduling and utilization of manufacturing resource capacity through cloud manufacturing services, The cloud manufacturing model requires that the virtualization process of manufacturing resources must ensure that the related capabilities described by the cloud manufacturing services are strictly consistent with the capabilities provided by the original manufacturing resources. Therefore, a manufacturing resource virtualization mechanism based on homomorphic mapping is proposed. By defining abstract virtual capability layer between physical resource layer and cloud service layer, we decouple physical resource and cloud service directly. The homomorphic mapping functions of manufacturing resource virtual capability and cloud service are defined respectively. Based on the realization principle of semantic equality mapping, the ability of physical resources and their dependent conditions are transformed into homomorphic abstractions. A preliminary case study shows that manufacturing resources maintain the invariance of capability semantics in homomorphic mapping.
