一種使用改進(jìn)熵權(quán)TOPSIS的Web服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價排序方法

【摘要】:服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價排序是服務(wù)計算領(lǐng)域重要的研究問題之一.當(dāng)前研究中對于QoS各維屬性賦權(quán)過程多使用專家系統(tǒng)或直接用戶指定,這種方法存在主觀性過強(qiáng)的問題,同時不能發(fā)現(xiàn)在實際中對服務(wù)整體表現(xiàn)有重大影響的QoS屬性維度.針對此問題,本文提出了一種基于改進(jìn)熵權(quán)TOPSIS的服務(wù)質(zhì)量評價排序方法,采用了客觀賦權(quán)的熵權(quán)法計算QoS各維屬性對應(yīng)的客觀權(quán)重,并在此基礎(chǔ)上與主觀權(quán)重相結(jié)合,既提高了決策過程的客觀性,又可以更好的貼近用戶個性化需求.通過將服務(wù)排序轉(zhuǎn)換為多目標(biāo)決策問題,利用熵權(quán)改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)TOPSIS方法可以得到服務(wù)質(zhì)量優(yōu)劣排序.最后通過一個排序?qū)嵗C明該方法的可行性和有效性.
[Abstract]:The ranking of service quality evaluation is one of the most important research problems in the field of service computing. In the current research, the expert system or the direct user assignment are often used in the QoS attribute weighting process. This method has the problem of being too subjective, and can not find the QoS attribute dimension which has a significant impact on the overall performance of the service in practice. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a ranking method of quality of service evaluation based on improved entropy weight (TOPSIS). The objective weighting method is used to calculate the objective weights corresponding to the attributes of each dimension of QoS, and based on this, the objective weight is combined with the subjective weight. Not only improve the objectivity of the decision-making process, but also better close to the personalized needs of users. By transforming service ranking into multi-objective decision making problem, using entropy weight to improve the traditional TOPSIS method, the quality of service ranking can be obtained. Finally, a sorting example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
