面向個(gè)性化云服務(wù)的用戶行為信任模型研究

【摘要】:云計(jì)算是一種新的“以人為中心”的計(jì)算模型,隨著用戶需求的不斷增長(zhǎng),其逐步成為IT領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)。建立適應(yīng)于云計(jì)算環(huán)境的用戶行為信任模型有利于提高評(píng)估用戶和服務(wù)提供商之間信任關(guān)系的準(zhǔn)確性,本文面向個(gè)性化云服務(wù),探討客觀公正的用戶行為信任模型的建立方法,主要工作如下: 1)為全面評(píng)估用戶與服務(wù)提供商之間的信任關(guān)系,并考慮云計(jì)算環(huán)境下服務(wù)交互的動(dòng)態(tài)性和不確定性,提出了一種面向個(gè)性化云服務(wù)的動(dòng)態(tài)信任模型(PCSDTM模型)。該模型利用灰色系統(tǒng)理論相關(guān)知識(shí)來(lái)反映信任的主觀特性,同時(shí)建立用戶行為的激勵(lì)/懲罰機(jī)制;設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的基于評(píng)價(jià)相似度的直接信任與間接信任因子的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該模型得到的綜合信任值更加科學(xué),提高了計(jì)算信任值的準(zhǔn)確性。 2)分析了云計(jì)算環(huán)境下用戶與服務(wù)提供商之間信息交互的整體安全性,針對(duì)不同用戶類(lèi)型,建立了面向個(gè)性化云服務(wù)的隱私保護(hù)信任模型(P3Trust模型)。首先,,引入信任評(píng)估代理并應(yīng)用公鑰密碼技術(shù),構(gòu)建了一種基于隱私保護(hù)的信任評(píng)估系統(tǒng)框架,通過(guò)保護(hù)交互雙方如身份標(biāo)識(shí)、興趣愛(ài)好等隱私信息,來(lái)抑制合謀欺詐、惡意推薦等惡意行為的發(fā)生,使信任評(píng)估的結(jié)果更加真實(shí);然后,設(shè)計(jì)了基于用戶類(lèi)型的信任評(píng)估方法,調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間相關(guān)性、主觀特性、模糊性等相關(guān)因子來(lái)提高信任評(píng)估的準(zhǔn)確性及計(jì)算效率;提出了一種基于服務(wù)質(zhì)量的信任更新機(jī)制,來(lái)描述信任的動(dòng)態(tài)性。最后,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,該模型能在保護(hù)用戶隱私信息條件下有效評(píng)估用戶與服務(wù)提供商之間的信任關(guān)系,并且可以有效抵御合謀欺詐等惡意行為。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing is a new "human-centered" computing model. With the increasing demand of users, cloud computing has gradually become the focus of research in the field of IT. The establishment of user behavior trust model adapted to cloud computing environment is helpful to improve the accuracy of evaluating the trust relationship between users and service providers. This paper aims at personalized cloud services and discusses the establishment of objective and fair user behavior trust model. The main work is as follows: 1) in order to comprehensively assess the trust relationship between users and service providers, and consider the dynamic and uncertainty of service interaction in cloud computing environment, A dynamic trust model (PCSDTM model) for personalized cloud services is proposed. The model uses the relevant knowledge of grey system theory to reflect the subjective characteristics of trust, and establishes the incentive / punishment mechanism of user behavior, and designs a new dynamic adjustment method of direct and indirect trust factors based on evaluation similarity. The experimental results show that the synthetic trust value obtained by this model is more scientific and the accuracy of calculating trust value is improved. 2) the overall security of information exchange between users and service providers in cloud computing environment is analyzed, and a privacy protection trust model (P3Trust model) for personalized cloud services is established for different user types. Firstly, a trust assessment system framework based on privacy protection is constructed by introducing trust assessment agent and applying public key cryptography technology. By protecting the privacy information of both sides such as identity, interest and hobby, collusion fraud is restrained. The occurrence of malicious behavior such as malicious recommendation makes the results of trust evaluation more true; Then, the trust evaluation method based on user type is designed to improve the accuracy and computational efficiency of trust assessment by adjusting the time correlation, subjective characteristics, fuzziness and other related factors. A QoS-based trust update mechanism is proposed to describe the dynamic nature of trust. Finally, the experimental results show that the model can effectively evaluate the trust relationship between users and service providers under the condition of protecting users' privacy information, and can effectively resist malicious acts such as conspiracy fraud.
