IP QoS與網(wǎng)絡效用最大化的研究

【摘要】:基于效用的資源分配方法,通過效用函數(shù)來研究網(wǎng)絡資源分配問題,效用函數(shù)描述的是用戶對于分配給自己確定的資源的滿意度。NUM(網(wǎng)絡效用最大化)作為一種研究有中心控制網(wǎng)絡的模型被廣泛的采用,它將所有用戶的滿意度與分配策略聯(lián)系起來。NUM框架需要建立相應的效用最大化數(shù)學模型,使得網(wǎng)絡效用的分析和優(yōu)化具有理論指導。IP QoS(服務質量)是一種保證質量的控制機制,采用IP QoS機制網(wǎng)絡具有滿足給定業(yè)務合同的能力,包括專用帶寬、抖動控制和延遲(用于實時和交互式流量情形)、丟包率等等。IP QoS在新的時代背景下,具有非常重要的意義,如何將網(wǎng)絡效用最大化與IP QoS結合起來,為用戶提供高效和多樣性的網(wǎng)絡服務,同時,保證網(wǎng)絡的可伸縮型是近幾年的研究的熱點。伸縮性要求能夠更加靈活的配置用戶的類型,高效要求網(wǎng)絡能夠消耗最低的成本,提供給用戶最滿意的服務。 本文從IP QoS的服務模型和NUM的理論模型出發(fā),分析IP QoS服務模型之間的差異和常見的隊列管理策略,同時,介紹了NUM的理論模型和相關的模型優(yōu)化的方法。討論了IP QoS和NUM兩者之間的聯(lián)系,將QoS服務模型與NUM理論模型結合起來,提出了通過將QoS服務模型中的各種業(yè)務流的類型(Best Effort、Soft QoS、Hard QoS)進行參數(shù)化,利用參數(shù)來區(qū)分不同的服務的類型和指標,為不同業(yè)務類型參數(shù)化其效用函數(shù)。在建立的統(tǒng)一的效用函數(shù)的基礎上,建立NUM模型,通過優(yōu)化理論,研究資源分配問題。然后,基于理論分析和模型優(yōu)化,設計資源分配算法,進行資源的分配。最后,通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行仿真,分析了不同情況下的資源分配情況,保證在條件容許的情況下,用戶既能夠獲得合同定義的服務質量,又能夠最大化網(wǎng)絡的效用。
[Abstract]:Utility based resource allocation method is used to study the problem of network resource allocation through utility function. Utility function describes the user's satisfaction with the resources assigned to him,. NUM (network utility maximization) as a model for the study of a central control network is widely used. It links the satisfaction of all users to the allocation strategy. The NUM framework needs to establish a mathematical model for maximizing utility. So that the analysis and optimization of network utility has the theoretical guidance of. IP QoS (quality of service) is a kind of quality control mechanism. The IP QoS mechanism network has the ability to satisfy the given service contract, including the dedicated bandwidth. Jitter control and delay (for real-time and interactive traffic cases), packet loss rate and so on, are of great significance in the new era, how to combine the network utility maximization with IP QoS, To provide users with efficient and diverse network services and to ensure the scalability of the network is a hot topic in recent years. Scalability requires a more flexible configuration of user types, and efficiency requires that the network consume the lowest cost and provide the most satisfactory services to users. Based on IP QoS service model and NUM theory model, this paper analyzes the differences between IP QoS service models and common queue management strategies. At the same time, it introduces the theoretical model of NUM and the methods of model optimization. This paper discusses the relationship between IP QoS and NUM, combines QoS service model with NUM theory model, and proposes to parameterize the types of traffic flow (Best Effort,Soft QoS,Hard QoS) in QoS service model. The utility function of different service types is parameterized by using parameters to distinguish different service types and indicators. On the basis of the unified utility function, the NUM model is established, and the resource allocation problem is studied by optimization theory. Then, based on theoretical analysis and model optimization, resource allocation algorithm is designed to allocate resources. Finally, through the simulation of the experimental data, the resource allocation in different cases is analyzed to ensure that the user can obtain the quality of service defined by the contract and maximize the utility of the network.
