代建項(xiàng)目的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)及其對項(xiàng)目合作關(guān)系影響研究
[Abstract]:The agent construction project has realized the "investment, construction, management, and separation of four functions", which has solved the problems of low level of project management in the field of government investment, serious waste of investment, frequent corruption of public servants, and so on. It plays an important role in improving the level of project management and the efficiency of government funds investment, curbing the loss of control of investment at the source, strengthening the construction of clean government, and so on. However, the agency project in the actual implementation of the process has encountered a lot of resistance. The reasons that hinder the implementation of the agent construction project include the unreasonable design of the localization system and the complex organizational relationship of the agent construction project, which together lead to the unstable state of cooperation between the stakeholders of the agent construction project. In view of the dilemmas of carrying out the agent construction projects, most of the existing researches are focused on the relationship between the stakeholders of the two projects, which is based on the dualistic analysis paradigm of the principal-agent relationship that exists objectively in the project. However, the complex relationship network between the stakeholders of the construction project is ignored. This perspective plays an important role in solving the problem of principal agent, but in the face of complex stakeholder relationship network of agent construction project, It is difficult to find the existing problems in the network effectively and to put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems in the binary relationship analysis paradigm. Therefore, it is urgent to consider the research paradigm of multivariate network relationship structure. Based on this, this study introduces the (SNA) method of social network analysis, selects a representative project as a case sample, and constructs a multi-dimensional composite social network model and a one-dimensional social network model. By analyzing the network structure of various cooperation relationships among stakeholders and the corresponding project cooperation relationship, the paper points out the path to improve the cooperative relationship of the agent construction project. The main research contents include the following two aspects: (1) the collection of social network data of the agent construction project adopts the snowball (snow balling) data collection method and collects the data of the cooperative relationship of the agent construction project with the questionnaire survey. The visualization model of multi-dimensional composite social network and the visualization model of one-dimensional social network are constructed by using social network analysis software UCINET6.212. (2) the construction of the social network model of the agent construction project is aimed at the multi-dimensional compound social network model and the one-dimensional social network model of the agent project, and analyzes the network density, centrality, faction and other related indexes respectively. Based on the perspective of multi-dimensional composite social network and single-dimensional social network of agent construction project, the paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the cooperation of agency construction project.
