基于Web的暖通設(shè)備運(yùn)維管理平臺的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技的快速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)在對工業(yè)設(shè)備的運(yùn)營維護(hù)方面,所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇并存;赪eb的設(shè)備物聯(lián)網(wǎng)云計(jì)算運(yùn)營維護(hù)管理服務(wù),以市場需求為向?qū)?改變了傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)設(shè)備的管理模式。摒棄了笨重、難以維護(hù)和升級的C/S模式,開發(fā)基于B/S架構(gòu)的多租戶信息管理平臺。本課題探索基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的設(shè)備連接及監(jiān)控,創(chuàng)新維保業(yè)務(wù)的交互模式,構(gòu)建專業(yè)的設(shè)備監(jiān)控、運(yùn)行管理、能耗分析、項(xiàng)目管理等應(yīng)用服務(wù)。區(qū)別于同行智能儀表的接入技術(shù)及能耗監(jiān)控的單體系統(tǒng),該平臺能夠進(jìn)一步為用戶提供主機(jī)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)能夠利用設(shè)備的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)及參數(shù),挖掘出具有維保價(jià)值的故障預(yù)警、遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷、警情推送以及節(jié)能方案制定等內(nèi)容。本課題來源于產(chǎn)學(xué)研項(xiàng)目,針對傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)設(shè)備(主要是暖通行業(yè)設(shè)備),研發(fā)了一套“平臺+服務(wù)”的設(shè)備運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)。論文首先闡述了課題研究的背景和意義,討論了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了運(yùn)維管理平臺的設(shè)計(jì)思想和所應(yīng)有的特性。結(jié)合平臺的功能,提出基于Web的設(shè)備運(yùn)維管理平臺研發(fā)的整體架構(gòu),主要由四大部分組成:現(xiàn)場設(shè)備、網(wǎng)關(guān)子系統(tǒng)、服務(wù)器和客戶端,并闡述了各部分之間的聯(lián)系。其次,詳細(xì)介紹了運(yùn)維管理平臺的后臺服務(wù)器和前端顯示部分。重點(diǎn)講解了數(shù)據(jù)庫和Web服務(wù)的設(shè)計(jì)及搭建,前后端數(shù)據(jù)交互、解析技術(shù)原理及應(yīng)用,以及前端頁面數(shù)據(jù)和功能展示。其中,包括以Redis和MySQL作為數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺,多租戶之間的數(shù)據(jù)存儲采用共享數(shù)據(jù)庫和數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)模式,數(shù)據(jù)庫實(shí)現(xiàn)日志管理、權(quán)限劃分及管理、身份驗(yàn)證管理、設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)表生成、告警情況分析及報(bào)表生成等功能。以Socket服務(wù)器和IIS Web服務(wù)器構(gòu)成前端數(shù)據(jù)來源與顯示的主要后臺服務(wù)器,選用C#作為服務(wù)器端編程語言,ASP為動(dòng)態(tài)頁面交互技術(shù)。詳細(xì)介紹了數(shù)據(jù)交互技術(shù)和工作原理,選用流行的Ajax技術(shù)作為前端數(shù)據(jù)請求技術(shù),并討論了如何實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)在Web頁面的實(shí)時(shí)顯示。考慮了Web的安全機(jī)制,設(shè)計(jì)制作視覺優(yōu)美、交互流暢、兼容所有主流瀏覽器的用戶體驗(yàn)良好的前端展示頁面。文章從整個(gè)平臺架構(gòu)的主要功能出發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對設(shè)備實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)的顯示、查詢、設(shè)備告警、能耗分析、項(xiàng)目和企業(yè)管理等功能。最后論文結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際運(yùn)用,展示了平臺系統(tǒng)通過Web端的各模塊功能的總體實(shí)現(xiàn)情況,說明了平臺的真實(shí)有效性。項(xiàng)目或設(shè)備的維護(hù)要求越來越高,該平臺將填補(bǔ)用戶的實(shí)際需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and science and technology in our country, the challenges and opportunities that traditional industries face in the operation and maintenance of industrial equipment coexist. The cloud computing operation and maintenance service based on Web changes the management mode of traditional industrial equipment with the guide of market demand. The C / S model, which is cumbersome, difficult to maintain and upgrade, is abandoned, and a multi-tenant information management platform based on B / S architecture is developed. This paper explores the connection and monitoring of devices based on the Internet of things, innovates the interactive mode of maintenance and maintenance business, and constructs professional application services such as equipment monitoring, operation management, energy consumption analysis, project management and so on. Different from the access technology of the peer intelligent instrument and the single system of energy consumption monitoring, the platform can further provide users with the running data of the host equipment, at the same time, it can make use of the operation data and parameters of the equipment. The contents of fault warning, remote fault diagnosis, police push and energy saving scheme are excavated. This subject comes from the project of industry, university and research. Aiming at the traditional industrial equipment (mainly the equipment of HVAC industry), a "platform service" equipment operation and maintenance management system is developed. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are described, the present research situation at home and abroad is discussed, and the design ideas and characteristics of the operation and maintenance management platform are analyzed. Combined with the function of the platform, this paper puts forward the overall framework of the development of the equipment operation and maintenance management platform based on Web, which is mainly composed of four parts: field equipment, gateway subsystem, server and client. Secondly, the background server and front-end display of the platform are introduced in detail. The design and construction of database and Web service, the data interaction between front and rear end, the principle and application of parsing technology, and the display of front page data and function are discussed in detail. Including Redis and MySQL as the database platform, multi-tenant data storage using shared database and data architecture, database to achieve log management, authority division and management, authentication management, Equipment data analysis report generation, alarm analysis and report generation functions. The Socket server and the IIS Web server are used as the main background server for the front end data source and display. C # is chosen as the server-side programming language and ASP is the dynamic page interactive technology. This paper introduces the technology and working principle of data exchange in detail, selects the popular Ajax technology as the front-end data request technology, and discusses how to realize the real-time display of the device data in the Web page. Considering the security mechanism of Web, the front-end display page with beautiful vision, smooth interaction and good user experience for all mainstream browsers is designed. Based on the main functions of the whole platform, the functions of displaying, querying, warning, energy consumption analysis, project and enterprise management are realized. Finally, combining with the actual application of the project, the paper shows the overall realization of the functions of each module of the platform through the Web, and explains the real effectiveness of the platform. The maintenance requirements of the project or equipment are becoming higher and higher, and the platform will fill the actual needs of the user.
