【摘要】：高等教育信息化建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)具有長(zhǎng)期性、持續(xù)性的工作，而一所高校的校園門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)水平則是該校信息化校園建設(shè)水平的一個(gè)重要體現(xiàn)和標(biāo)志。如今高校門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站已然成為高校發(fā)布各種校園通告及校園新聞的重要平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)高校辦公信息化的重要途徑，也是高校對(duì)外宣傳和樹(shù)立自身形象的重要陣地。因此，對(duì)于高校來(lái)說(shuō)其門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站的可用性狀況非常值得重視。但是筆者通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的有關(guān)高校門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站的研究更多的是著眼于如何去設(shè)計(jì)或者建設(shè)一個(gè)高校的門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站，專門(mén)針對(duì)已建成并投入實(shí)際使用的高校門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站其可用性狀況評(píng)估的研究則不太多見(jiàn)。 本文中筆者首先在廣泛閱讀并整理相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)，主要為網(wǎng)站可用性評(píng)測(cè)的相關(guān)研究、國(guó)內(nèi)高校門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站可用性的相關(guān)研究、高校門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站的功能與特性分析、構(gòu)建評(píng)測(cè)指標(biāo)集應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循的科學(xué)性原則等四個(gè)方面的參考文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上，嘗試性地提出一個(gè)用于評(píng)測(cè)高校門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站可用性的評(píng)測(cè)指標(biāo)體系。其次以高校門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站的主要用戶群為評(píng)價(jià)主體對(duì)指標(biāo)體系的認(rèn)同度做了驗(yàn)證并對(duì)具體的指標(biāo)項(xiàng)作出進(jìn)一步的篩選。再次應(yīng)用層次分析法理論結(jié)合有關(guān)軟件工具及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法等研究方法為各指標(biāo)項(xiàng)賦予相應(yīng)的權(quán)重值。由此構(gòu)建出了一組具備一定信度與效度的，且被賦予了權(quán)重值的指標(biāo)集合。 在完成指標(biāo)集的構(gòu)建任務(wù)后，筆者展開(kāi)評(píng)測(cè)模型的應(yīng)用性研究，選取評(píng)測(cè)對(duì)象并基于實(shí)際條件設(shè)計(jì)了評(píng)測(cè)方法進(jìn)而展示了具體的應(yīng)用過(guò)程。應(yīng)用性研究部分更多的是提供一種針對(duì)評(píng)測(cè)指標(biāo)集展開(kāi)應(yīng)用性研究的思路，而不是給出一種明確的、不可改變的評(píng)測(cè)模型的應(yīng)用方式。 由此構(gòu)建出一套專門(mén)針對(duì)高校門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站可用性的評(píng)測(cè)模型，希望借此能夠?yàn)楦咝Ｐ@門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)更新工作盡一份綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:The informatization construction of higher education is a long-term and continuous work, and the construction level of a university's campus portal website is an important embodiment and symbol of the level of the informatization campus construction of the university. Nowadays, the university portal has become an important platform for universities to publish various campus announcements and campus news, an important way to realize the informationization of university offices, and also an important position for colleges and universities to publicize and establish their own image. Therefore, for colleges and universities, the availability of its portal is very worthy of attention. However, through the literature investigation, the author finds that the existing researches on university portals in China are more focused on how to design or build a university portal. There is not much research on the usability evaluation of university portals that have been built and put into use. In this paper, the author first extensively read and collate the relevant domestic and foreign literature, mainly for the website usability evaluation related research, the domestic university portal website usability related research, the university portal website function and the characteristic analysis, the domestic university portal website usability related research, the university portal website function and the characteristic analysis, On the basis of constructing the scientific principle of evaluation index set, this paper tries to put forward an evaluation index system for evaluating the usability of university portal website. Secondly, the main user group of university portal website is used as the evaluation subject to verify the recognition degree of the index system and further screen the specific index items. Thirdly, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory combined with software tools and questionnaire survey is used to assign the corresponding weights to each index item. A set of indicators with certain reliability and validity is constructed. After completing the task of constructing the index set, the author studies the application of the evaluation model, selects the evaluation object and designs the evaluation method based on the actual conditions, and then shows the concrete application process. The application research part is more to provide a kind of thinking of the applied research on the evaluation index set, rather than to give a clear, immutable application way of the evaluation model. This paper constructs a set of evaluation models for the usability of university portals, hoping to contribute to the construction and updating of campus portals in colleges and universities.
