【摘要】：信息時(shí)代的今天,微博已經(jīng)成為一種新的生活方式,它給人們提供了抒發(fā)個(gè)人情感以及人與人之間進(jìn)行良好溝通的平臺(tái),人們可以通過(guò)微博隨時(shí)隨地的記錄生活中的點(diǎn)滴,發(fā)現(xiàn)和分享身邊的新鮮事。在經(jīng)過(guò)雨后春筍般發(fā)展后,新浪微博成為國(guó)內(nèi)微博行業(yè)的佼佼者,新浪微博逐漸成為一個(gè)具備巨大影響力的社會(huì)化媒體平臺(tái)。作為當(dāng)今社會(huì)流行的社交工具之一,作為一個(gè)社會(huì)化的媒體平臺(tái),隨著用戶爆炸式的增加,新浪微博每天都會(huì)產(chǎn)生海量信息。每逢社會(huì)重大事件,新浪微博的發(fā)送量都會(huì)在短期內(nèi)迅速增加,并且會(huì)持續(xù)一段時(shí)間。這無(wú)疑加大了技術(shù)保障部的管理難度。 微博故障管理系統(tǒng)采用Apache+PHP+phpMyAdmin+MySQL的黃金組合方式進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),使用PHP編寫,用Apache Web服務(wù)器提供Web服務(wù),后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用MySQL,并用phpMyAdmin對(duì)其進(jìn)行管理。本系統(tǒng)主要是通過(guò)監(jiān)控判斷系統(tǒng)是否需要預(yù)警,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)故障則進(jìn)入故障流程管理,并且可以對(duì)故障列表中的故障進(jìn)行管理。本人獨(dú)立完成系統(tǒng)的4大模塊,包括：數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控模塊、輿情監(jiān)控模塊、故障流程管理模塊、故障管理模塊。各個(gè)模塊以及包含的功能描述如下： (1)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控模塊。該模塊主要是供數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控人員使用,應(yīng)該顯示出各種反映公司業(yè)務(wù)量的數(shù)據(jù)圖,若達(dá)到相應(yīng)閾值,則告警提示。 (2)輿情監(jiān)控模塊。該模塊主要是供輿情監(jiān)控人員使用,模塊可以通過(guò)視圖來(lái)反映微博輿情告警情況,可以通過(guò)顏色、聲音等形式來(lái)反映故障告警的狀態(tài),進(jìn)一步進(jìn)入告警板,可以看到當(dāng)前微博輿情告警的簡(jiǎn)要信息。 (3)故障流程管理模塊。該模塊功能：第一,故障流程管理人員在接收到故障后,可以進(jìn)行報(bào)障、故障跟進(jìn)、故障響應(yīng)、故障升級(jí)、故障恢復(fù)和生成故障報(bào)告操作。第二,上述每項(xiàng)操作除故障響應(yīng)之外都可以發(fā)送郵件通知到相關(guān)人員,并且在發(fā)送郵件之前可以發(fā)送測(cè)試郵件。 (4)故障管理模塊。該模塊主要是便于故障管理人員對(duì)公司已有故障的管理。在該模塊中,故障管理人員可以對(duì)公司已有故障列表進(jìn)行查詢故障、編輯修改故障、刪除故障以及查看故障信息的操作。 微博故障管理系統(tǒng)是本人在新浪公司實(shí)習(xí)期間參與開(kāi)發(fā)的項(xiàng)目,該項(xiàng)目是供新浪公司技術(shù)保障部的故障管理組人員使用。目前,微博故障管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入運(yùn)行,并且使用狀況良好。通過(guò)對(duì)微博業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控告警,并對(duì)故障進(jìn)行處理,降低了人工監(jiān)控和管理引入漏檢和誤報(bào)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),相對(duì)提高了運(yùn)維團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作效率,并且維護(hù)了微博平臺(tái)的穩(wěn)定,提高了用戶的體驗(yàn)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the information age, Weibo has become a new way of life. It provides a platform for people to express their personal feelings and communicate well with others. Find and share new things around you. After springing up, Sina Weibo has become a leader in the country's Weibo industry, and Sina Weibo has gradually become a social media platform with great influence. As one of the popular social tools, as a social media platform, with the explosive increase of users, Sina Weibo produces a lot of information every day. Every major social event, Sina Weibo will quickly increase in the short term, and will continue for a period of time. This undoubtedly increased the difficulty of the management of the technical support department. Weibo fault management system is developed by gold combination of Apache PHP phpMyAdmin MySQL, written by PHP, provided with Web service by Apache Web server, and managed by MySQL, and phpMyAdmin in backstage database. This system is mainly through monitoring and judging whether the system needs early warning, if the fault is found into the fault flow management, and can manage the fault in the fault list. I independently completed the system of four modules, including: data monitoring module, public opinion monitoring module, fault flow management module, fault management module. Each module and the functions included are described as follows: (1) data monitoring module. This module is mainly used for data monitoring personnel, should display a variety of data diagrams reflecting the volume of business of the company, if the corresponding threshold value, alarm prompt. (2) Public opinion monitoring module. The module is mainly for the use of public opinion monitoring personnel. The module can reflect Weibo's public opinion alarm situation through view, can reflect the status of fault alarm through color, sound and other forms, and further enter the alarm board. You can see the current Weibo public opinion warning brief information. (3) Fault flow management module. The function of this module is as follows: first, after receiving the fault, the fault flow manager can report the trouble, follow up, respond, upgrade, recover and generate the fault report. Second, each of the above operations can send a message notification to the relevant person except for the fault response, and can send the test mail before sending the message. (4) the fault management module. This module is mainly to facilitate the fault management of the company's existing fault management. In this module, the fault manager can query the company's existing fault list, edit and modify the fault, delete the fault and view the fault information. Weibo fault management system is a project that I participated in during my internship in Sina company. The project is used by the fault management team of the technical support department of Sina company. At present, Weibo fault management system has been put into operation, and in good condition. By monitoring and warning Weibo's business and handling the faults, the risks of false check and false report introduced by manual monitoring and management are reduced, the working efficiency of the operation and maintenance team is relatively improved, and the stability of Weibo platform is maintained. Improved the user's experience value.
