【摘要】：此文分析了海上電子郵件通信所使用的相關(guān)通信系統(tǒng)和通信技術(shù)的組合與特點,并對其使用的通信程序進(jìn)行了介紹。對船舶用戶和陸地用戶使用海上電子郵件業(yè)務(wù),給出了指導(dǎo)建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the combination and characteristics of related communication systems and communication technologies used in marine email communication are analyzed, and the communication programs used are introduced. Some suggestions are given for ship users and land users to use e-mail service at sea.
