【摘要】：提出一種改進的基于動態(tài)Skyline和多種群遺傳粒子群優(yōu)化的云服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化方法,旨在解決動態(tài)、不確定環(huán)境下大規(guī)模云服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化問題.對云服務(wù)組合和服務(wù)質(zhì)量(QoS)形式化描述,提出一種云服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化模型;對Skyline操作進行建模的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計Skyline云服務(wù)動態(tài)更新算法,以滿足云服務(wù)因臨時加入、退出及QoS變化而引起的動態(tài)性和不確定性需求;最后,設(shè)計一種新的云服務(wù)組合優(yōu)化算法,算法采用動態(tài)Skyline操作和用戶約束降低問題求解空間,并基于種群相似性和遺傳操作進行防早熟收斂處理.通過真實數(shù)據(jù)集和隨機數(shù)據(jù)集的大量仿真實驗,結(jié)果驗證了本文算法的可行性和有效性.
[Abstract]:An improved cloud service composition optimization method based on dynamic Skyline and multi-swarm genetic particle swarm optimization is proposed to solve the problem of large-scale cloud service composition optimization in dynamic and uncertain environments. Based on the formal description of cloud service composition and quality of service (QoS), an optimization model of cloud service composition is proposed, and a dynamic updating algorithm of Skyline cloud service is designed on the basis of modeling Skyline operation to satisfy the temporary addition of cloud service. Finally, a new cloud service composition optimization algorithm is designed, which uses dynamic Skyline operation and user constraint reduction problem to solve the problem. And based on population similarity and genetic operation to prevent premature convergence. A large number of simulation experiments on real data sets and random data sets show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective.
