基于ATML的局域網(wǎng)測試系統(tǒng)組建技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, a variety of Internet technologies have been continuously applied to people's daily life. At the same time, the development of automatic test system also ushered in an opportunity, the combination of network technology and automatic testing technology is getting more and more attention. However, the emergence of the (ATML) standard is becoming the direction of the instrument testing field. In this standard, extensible markup language (XML) is used to standardize the test information of automatic test system. The standard refers to the signal-oriented test requirement of IEEE1641 protocol, which avoids the shortcoming of traditional automatic test system. It is possible to make automatic test system on the way to generalization. This paper focuses on the establishment of network instruments in LAN, develops a signal-oriented automatic test system based on ATML, and improves the IVI driver of oscilloscope, signal source and multimeter to IVI-Signal driver. And write the network program to build the instrument into an automatic test system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) A description method based on ATML standard. ATML-based standard defines a set of basic exchange format of signal components, which is used to express the information about ATS, such as the description of the object under test and the test result. This standard can improve the generality and openness of the test system software and the ability of interaction between software and hardware. (2) study the driving of oscilloscope, signal source and other instruments, and raise the driving of these instruments to signal level. The original instrument control command in the automatic test system is transformed into the method of demanding the test signal, and the instrument interchange is realized at a higher level. In the signal-oriented automatic test system, various measuring instruments can excite the module of the tested parts so that the test data can be presented, so, It is necessary and indispensable to study the driving technology of instrument and equipment. (3) to study the software structure and requirement of network instrument, and make it possible to promulgate its own capability and instrument function on the net. Among them, the most basic function is testing function, input and output function, information exchange function and resource sharing function. Write the function of the software identification instrument, and let the software set up the test system.
