【摘要】：隨著科技的迅猛發(fā)展及軟件技術(shù)的成熟運(yùn)用,移動(dòng)設(shè)備越來(lái)越智能化,裝載在手機(jī)里的軟件也越來(lái)越多樣化,這些功能多樣的軟件系統(tǒng)可以運(yùn)用到我們的高校社區(qū)管理中。近十幾年來(lái),我國(guó)的高校社區(qū)在科研工作者的努力探索下,也有了一定的發(fā)展,更多的先進(jìn)技術(shù)運(yùn)用到其中,一些管理方法已經(jīng)系統(tǒng)化,流程也開始規(guī)范化,一些社區(qū)管理工具也開始面臨著激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),社區(qū)服務(wù)云平臺(tái)iOS客戶端APP在這種背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的。社區(qū)服務(wù)云平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的基本原則是以提高物業(yè)管理水平,利用移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)手段對(duì)物業(yè)全程進(jìn)行量化監(jiān)督、以信息化管理為宗旨,同時(shí)為物業(yè)管理信息化提供一個(gè)技術(shù)先進(jìn)、性能優(yōu)異、靈活擴(kuò)展、成熟可靠的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。信息化系統(tǒng)包含APP客戶端(員工接收消息、掃描二維碼、回復(fù)信息、反饋流程等、展示公司形象、宣傳企業(yè)文化、提交投訴建議、報(bào)修服務(wù)等)、服務(wù)器(管理權(quán)限分配、查看物業(yè)信息、添加管理項(xiàng)目信息、匯集處理業(yè)務(wù)流程等)三個(gè)部分,這三個(gè)部分共用同一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)信息。本社區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)物業(yè)管理的系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、智能化。使用戶能在簡(jiǎn)便、快捷、輕松中實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)物業(yè)各項(xiàng)事務(wù)。本文最終完成了整個(gè)iOS客戶端的建設(shè)工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)了各模塊的數(shù)據(jù)展示、用戶互動(dòng)等方面的功能,滿足了相關(guān)用戶獲取社區(qū)巡查和維修數(shù)據(jù)的需求,滿足了相關(guān)部門高效開展社區(qū)的監(jiān)測(cè)和維護(hù)工作的要求。同時(shí)可以為今后建立提供全面社區(qū)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)奠定良好基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the mature application of software technology, mobile devices are becoming more and more intelligent, and the software loaded in mobile phones is becoming more and more diverse. These multi-function software systems can be applied to our university community management. In the past decade or so, the communities of colleges and universities in our country have also made certain progress under the efforts of scientific research workers. More advanced technologies have been applied to them, some management methods have been systematized, and the process has begun to be standardized. Some community management tools are also beginning to face fierce market competition, community service cloud platform iOS client APP came into being under this background. The basic principle of community service cloud platform system is to improve the level of property management, to use mobile Internet means to quantify the whole property supervision, to the purpose of information management, and to provide an advanced technology for property management informatization. Excellent performance, flexible expansion, mature and reliable application system. The information system includes APP client (employee receiving message, scanning QR code, reply information, feedback process, etc., displaying company image, publicizing corporate culture, submitting complaint suggestion, applying for repair service, etc.), server (management authority assignment, etc.), View property information, add management item information, aggregate processing business processes, etc.) the three parts share the same database information. The goal of this community management system is to realize the systematization, standardization and intelligence of property management. To enable users in a simple, fast, easy to achieve property transactions. Finally, this paper completes the construction of the whole iOS client, realizes the functions of data display and user interaction of each module, and meets the needs of relevant users to obtain community inspection and maintenance data. Meet the requirements of the relevant departments to effectively carry out the monitoring and maintenance of the community. At the same time, it can lay a good foundation for the establishment of a comprehensive community service system in the future.
