【摘要】：隨著微博和移動互聯網的快速發(fā)展,社交網絡變得越來越龐大,信息的個性化服務越來越受到重視.Slope One算法是一種協同過濾推薦算法,算法通過用戶項目的偏差矩陣和頻度矩陣,預測目標用戶感興趣的項目,實現了信息的個性化推薦.考慮到Slope One算法對大數據處理不足的問題,提出一種改進的基于并行Slope One算法的微博信息推薦算法,并借助MapReduce平臺設計實現了該算法.實驗表明,該算法不僅具有良好的加速比和可擴展性,還具有較好的預測準確率,它可以更高效的處理微博數據.
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Weibo and mobile Internet, the social network becomes more and more huge, and the personalized information service is paid more and more attention to. Slope One algorithm is a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm. Through the deviation matrix and frequency matrix of user items, the algorithm predicts the items of interest to the target users, and realizes the personalized recommendation of information. Considering the problem that Slope One algorithm can not deal with big data, this paper proposes an improved algorithm for recommending the information of Weibo based on parallel Slope One algorithm, and designs and implements the algorithm with the help of MapReduce platform. Experiments show that the algorithm not only has good speedup and scalability, but also has good prediction accuracy. It can deal with Weibo data more efficiently.
