【摘要】：隨著微博和移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)變得越來越龐大,信息的個性化服務(wù)越來越受到重視.Slope One算法是一種協(xié)同過濾推薦算法,算法通過用戶項目的偏差矩陣和頻度矩陣,預(yù)測目標(biāo)用戶感興趣的項目,實現(xiàn)了信息的個性化推薦.考慮到Slope One算法對大數(shù)據(jù)處理不足的問題,提出一種改進的基于并行Slope One算法的微博信息推薦算法,并借助MapReduce平臺設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了該算法.實驗表明,該算法不僅具有良好的加速比和可擴展性,還具有較好的預(yù)測準(zhǔn)確率,它可以更高效的處理微博數(shù)據(jù).
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Weibo and mobile Internet, the social network becomes more and more huge, and the personalized information service is paid more and more attention to. Slope One algorithm is a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm. Through the deviation matrix and frequency matrix of user items, the algorithm predicts the items of interest to the target users, and realizes the personalized recommendation of information. Considering the problem that Slope One algorithm can not deal with big data, this paper proposes an improved algorithm for recommending the information of Weibo based on parallel Slope One algorithm, and designs and implements the algorithm with the help of MapReduce platform. Experiments show that the algorithm not only has good speedup and scalability, but also has good prediction accuracy. It can deal with Weibo data more efficiently.
