【摘要】：目前,國內(nèi)運(yùn)營商IMS核心網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用重點(diǎn)集中在向企業(yè)客戶提供IP-CENTREX(統(tǒng)一CENTREX,簡稱IPC)業(yè)務(wù)和向公眾客戶的MMTel業(yè)務(wù)上�；诮ㄔO(shè)原因,國內(nèi)IMS核心網(wǎng)配套的MMTel業(yè)務(wù)平臺無法提供跨IMS域的群組服務(wù),需要在業(yè)務(wù)層建設(shè)IPC業(yè)務(wù)平臺來提供。而IPC業(yè)務(wù)平臺的號碼處理功能較為薄弱,在部分場景下需要與MMTel業(yè)務(wù)平臺嵌套才能正常完成呼叫。業(yè)務(wù)嵌套的情形較為復(fù)雜,需要兩個(gè)平臺配合,同時(shí)也浪費(fèi)了信令資源。 為解決IPC業(yè)務(wù)平臺和MMTel業(yè)務(wù)平臺單獨(dú)建設(shè)方案帶來的部署復(fù)雜和資源浪費(fèi)問題,本文提出了IPC與MMTel融合業(yè)務(wù)平臺的解決方案。該方案基于IMS架構(gòu)建設(shè),使用CIN-SCF平臺進(jìn)行開發(fā),遵循運(yùn)營商的IPC業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和MMTel業(yè)務(wù)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在IPC業(yè)務(wù)平臺中承接MMTel業(yè)務(wù)能力,并增強(qiáng)號碼處理功能。借助該方案,電信運(yùn)營商可以在只部署一套應(yīng)用服務(wù)器的情況下,向外同時(shí)提供IPC業(yè)務(wù)特征和MMTel業(yè)務(wù)特征。經(jīng)過內(nèi)部測試和現(xiàn)場部署實(shí)踐,融合業(yè)務(wù)平臺方案實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期功能,并在性能、可靠性和安全性指標(biāo)上滿足了商業(yè)需求。 本文在對CIN-SCF智能業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)平臺詳盡闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了IPC與MMTel融合業(yè)務(wù)平臺的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。主要內(nèi)容包括：融合業(yè)務(wù)平臺出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)和市場背景以及CIN-SCF平臺知識介紹；從系統(tǒng)功能的角度對融合業(yè)務(wù)平臺進(jìn)行需求分析；核心部分闡述了融合業(yè)務(wù)平臺的總體設(shè)計(jì),并重點(diǎn)分析了平臺業(yè)務(wù)邏輯部分的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法；隨后介紹了融合業(yè)務(wù)平臺的測試情況。論文的最后,總結(jié)了作者在碩士期間的研究工作,并對融合業(yè)務(wù)平臺的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the application of IMS core network in China focuses on providing IP-CENTREX (Unified CENTREX) service to enterprise customers and MMTel service to public customers. For construction reasons, the MMTEL service platform supporting IMS core network in China can not provide group service across IMS domains, so it is necessary to build IPC service platform in service layer. However, the number processing function of IPC service platform is relatively weak. In some scenarios, it needs to be nested with MMTel service platform to complete the call normally.
In order to solve the problem of complex deployment and resource waste caused by the separate construction of IPC service platform and MMTel service platform, this paper proposes a solution to the integration of IPC and MMTel service platform.This solution is based on the construction of IMS architecture, and is developed on CIN-SCF platform, following the IPC service technical standards of operators and MMTel Service International standards, and is implemented in IP. With the help of this scheme, telecom operators can provide IPC service features and MMTEL service features at the same time when only one application server is deployed. After internal testing and on-site deployment practice, the integrated service platform scheme achieves the expected functions, and in the case of deploying only one set of application servers. Performance, reliability and safety indicators meet business needs.
Based on the elaboration of CIN-SCF Intelligent Business System Platform, this paper analyzes the design and implementation scheme of IPC and MMTel integrated business platform in detail. The main contents include: the technical and market background of the integrated business platform and the introduction of CIN-SCF platform knowledge; the requirements of the integrated business platform from the perspective of system functions. The core part elaborates the overall design of the converged service platform, and focuses on the detailed design and implementation of the business logic part of the platform; then introduces the test of the converged service platform. Finally, the paper summarizes the author's research work during his master's degree, and carries out the development prospects of the converged service platform. Look ahead.
