網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行管理系統(tǒng)的SaaS模式封裝與改造

【摘要】:在云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)等技術(shù)如火如荼的今天,為了應(yīng)對新形勢下,不同類型客戶,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行管理系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品交付模式的不同需求,本文研究并實現(xiàn)了一種對已有的傳統(tǒng)模式網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行管理系統(tǒng)進行SaaS(Software-as-a-service)云模式封裝與改造的方法。通過對業(yè)界現(xiàn)有方法的研究與學(xué)習(xí),并且結(jié)合了公司現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的自身特點,最終選擇了化整為零,拆分現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行管理系統(tǒng)為多個獨立服務(wù),并構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一的云管理服務(wù)進行統(tǒng)籌調(diào)度的方式,對現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品進行SaaS模式封裝與改造。本文圍繞SaaS模式框架在網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行管理系統(tǒng)上的落地應(yīng)用與實現(xiàn),做了深入研究。從最初的原始客戶需求,到需求分析,再到架構(gòu)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)并測試,完整論述了整個封裝與改造過程。根據(jù)需求,封裝與改造方案提出了云控制服務(wù)器雙機熱備、服務(wù)與服務(wù)器狀態(tài)的Agent托管、服務(wù)關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系(服務(wù)路由)的動態(tài)維護等技術(shù),最終較好的完成了對現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行管理系統(tǒng)的SaaS模式封裝與改造,實現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行管理系統(tǒng)的云模式交付方式。云網(wǎng)管主要部署于企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)中心內(nèi)部,用來實現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)中心、局域網(wǎng)和廣域網(wǎng)上的服務(wù)器、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、應(yīng)用和存儲等IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施軟硬件的海量監(jiān)控。首先,云網(wǎng)管幫助用戶實現(xiàn)了對企業(yè)大型數(shù)據(jù)中心和分布式IT架構(gòu)的統(tǒng)一監(jiān)控管理;其次它大大提升了監(jiān)控效率,由于成功引入云計算,監(jiān)控的性能比傳統(tǒng)軟件提升5-10倍;第三是大大提升了組織的效率,由于把企業(yè)IT架構(gòu)納入同一個管理界面,無論是CTO、CIO,還是部門IT主管,或者一線的運維工程師,都可以借助這一統(tǒng)一監(jiān)控平臺來協(xié)調(diào)工作,第一次讓大中型企業(yè)的IT組織能夠從整體上來評估IT架構(gòu)的運行效率。因此,SaaS云模式網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行管理系統(tǒng)具有廣泛的市場價值和推廣意義。
[Abstract]:In today's cloud computing, big data and other technologies are in full swing, in order to cope with the new situation, different types of customers, to network operating management system product delivery model of different needs, In this paper, a SaaS (Software-as-a-service) cloud mode encapsulation and transformation method for the existing traditional network operation management system is studied and implemented. Through the research and study of the existing methods of the industry, and combined with the characteristics of the company's existing products, finally chose to break up the existing network operation management system for a number of independent services, A unified cloud management service is constructed to package and transform the existing products in SaaS mode. This paper focuses on the application and implementation of SaaS mode framework in network operation management system. From the original customer requirements to the requirement analysis, and then to the architecture design and implementation and testing, the whole process of packaging and transformation is discussed. According to the requirements, the encapsulation and modification scheme proposed the cloud control server dual hot standby, the service and server state Agent hosting, the service association relation (service routing) dynamic maintenance and so on. Finally, the SaaS mode encapsulation and transformation of the existing traditional network operation management system is completed, and the cloud mode delivery mode of the network operation management system is realized. Cloud network management is mainly deployed inside the data center of the enterprise, which is used to monitor the hardware and software of IT infrastructure such as the server, network, application and storage on the data center, LAN and WAN. First, cloud network management helps users to realize the unified monitoring and management of large data center and distributed IT architecture. Secondly, it greatly improves the efficiency of monitoring, because of the successful introduction of cloud computing, the performance of monitoring is 5-10 times higher than that of traditional software. The third is to greatly improve the efficiency of the organization, because the integration of the enterprise IT architecture into the same management interface, whether CTO,CIO, or department IT supervisors, or front-line operations and maintenance engineers, can use this unified monitoring platform to coordinate their work. For the first time, IT organizations in large and medium-sized enterprises can evaluate the efficiency of the IT architecture as a whole. Therefore, the network operation management system based on SaaS cloud model has extensive market value and promotion significance.
