鐵路多元經(jīng)營信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為統(tǒng)籌推進鐵路多元化經(jīng)營信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè),綜合利用既有信息資源,建立適應多元化經(jīng)營需要的信息平臺,實現(xiàn)信息共享,優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,以信息化促進物流、商貿(mào)、旅游、票務(wù)、廣告等產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,提高經(jīng)營管理水平,增強市場競爭能力。 本文通過對建立鐵路多元經(jīng)營信息系統(tǒng)的研究背景以及國內(nèi)外物流信息化的發(fā)展狀況的分析,闡述了建立鐵路多元經(jīng)營信息系統(tǒng)的必要性。 系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)以鐵路多元經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)為核心,通過大量的現(xiàn)場業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)研和專家研討分析,分級研究用戶的需求。通過對鐵路總公司(原鐵道部)、鐵路局和企業(yè)級用戶提出的需求進行整理和合理的分析后,提出了鐵路多元經(jīng)營信息系統(tǒng)的需求內(nèi)容。論文從系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、邏輯架構(gòu)、物理架構(gòu)和技術(shù)架構(gòu)這幾方面介紹了系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計。并詳細介紹了系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)設(shè)計,以最終保證鐵路多元經(jīng)營信息系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)與鐵路既有系統(tǒng)的信息安全交互。為了整合與多元經(jīng)營相關(guān)的信息資源,詳細闡述了系統(tǒng)的信息共享設(shè)計,以保證共享信息的準確性、及時性、安全性要求。 系統(tǒng)由鐵路總公司多元經(jīng)營內(nèi)部管理系統(tǒng)、鐵路局多元經(jīng)營內(nèi)部管理系統(tǒng)和多元經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部支撐系統(tǒng)三部分組成。在分析用戶業(yè)務(wù)需求的基礎(chǔ)上,首先介紹了系統(tǒng)的總體功能設(shè)計,隨后詳細介紹了各個子系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計。 本文結(jié)合我國鐵路運營現(xiàn)狀,對物流信息技術(shù)如:RFID、EDI、GPS、GIS、條形碼及視頻監(jiān)控等技術(shù)在鐵路多元經(jīng)營信息系統(tǒng)的綜合應用情況進行研究,并介紹了基于SOA的鐵路物流信息系統(tǒng)研究情況。 本文的研究,對于加強鐵路非運輸企業(yè)管理,提升多元經(jīng)營整體凝聚力、競爭力,延伸客、貨運服務(wù)鏈條,鐵路信息資源整合都具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the construction of railway diversified management information system as a whole, comprehensively utilize existing information resources, establish information platform to meet the needs of diversified management, realize information sharing, optimize business process, and promote logistics, trade and tourism with information, Ticket, advertising and other industries to develop, improve the level of management, enhance market competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the research background of establishing railway diversified management information system and the development of logistics information system at home and abroad, this paper expounds the necessity of establishing railway diversified management information system. The construction of the system takes the railway diversified business as the core, through a large number of field business research and expert discussion and analysis, hierarchical research on the needs of users. Through the arrangement and reasonable analysis of the demands put forward by the Railway Corporation (the former Ministry of Railways), the Railway Bureau and the enterprise users, this paper puts forward the demand content of the railway diversified management information system. This paper introduces the architecture design of the system from the aspects of system architecture, logic architecture, physical architecture and technical architecture. The design of the system network architecture is introduced in detail to ensure the information security interaction between the railway multiple management information system and the existing railway system. In order to integrate the information resources related to diversified management, the information sharing design of the system is elaborated in detail to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and security requirements of the shared information. The system consists of three parts: the internal management system of railway corporation, the internal management system of railway bureau and the internal support system of diversified business. Based on the analysis of user business requirements, the overall function design of the system is first introduced, and then the functional design of each subsystem is introduced in detail. Combined with the present situation of railway operation in China, this paper studies the comprehensive application of logistics information technology, such as: RFIDI / EDIGISG, bar code and video surveillance, in railway diversified management information system. The research situation of railway logistics information system based on SOA is also introduced. The research of this paper is of great practical significance for strengthening the management of railway non-transportation enterprises, enhancing the overall cohesion, competitiveness, extending passenger, freight service chain and railway information resources integration.
