【摘要】：正在大規(guī)模地實(shí)施變革性應(yīng)用(包括數(shù)字貨幣)之前,需要對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題投入全新的研究,以制定出與之相適應(yīng)的解決方案環(huán)球銀行金融電信協(xié)會(huì)(SWIFT)是國(guó)際銀行同業(yè)間的合作組織,成立40多年以來,其利用全球計(jì)算機(jī)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的支撐,為200多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)超過8000家金融機(jī)構(gòu)提供國(guó)際貿(mào)易金融結(jié)算等服務(wù),并以安全、可靠、高效為主要特點(diǎn)。然而,近一年來,針對(duì)SWIFT系統(tǒng)發(fā)生的一系列網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題
[Abstract]:Before transformational applications, including digital money, are being implemented on a large scale, new research is needed on the issue of network security. In order to work out a solution to this problem, the Global Bank Financial Telecommunication Association (SWIFT) is a cooperative organization among international banks that has been using global computer communications network systems for more than 40 years. It provides international trade and financial settlement services to more than 8000 financial institutions in more than 200 countries and regions, and is characterized by safety, reliability and efficiency. However, in the past year, a series of network security problems have occurred in the SWIFT system.
