【摘要】：隨著中國社會(huì)的“脫域”演進(jìn),普遍的焦慮情緒彌漫開來,這種不安情緒的郁積表現(xiàn)為弱勢(shì)心態(tài)的泛化蔓延以及社會(huì)安全感和歸屬感的失落,而網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的生活嵌入,為內(nèi)隱的焦慮情緒提供了宣泄的出徑,生成出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情狂歡的景觀。頻發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情是對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中壓抑的反彈,映射出了社會(huì)焦慮的鏡像。社會(huì)焦慮容易引發(fā)社會(huì)偏見、不信任、不妥協(xié)甚至社會(huì)沖突,因此,這-時(shí)期社會(huì)融合問題突顯。論文也正是順著這樣的思路展開研究：以網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情為觀察窗口,深挖社會(huì)焦慮普遍化的境況,并進(jìn)一步引出社會(huì)融合的命題。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情簡(jiǎn)單說來是指人們對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱點(diǎn)事件的觀點(diǎn)、態(tài)度、情緒和行為傾向的集合,它是社會(huì)輿論在網(wǎng)絡(luò)場(chǎng)域的集中體現(xiàn),因此,盡管它生成于網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬社會(huì),卻根源于現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì),網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情是現(xiàn)實(shí)中社會(huì)焦慮的映射。當(dāng)前社會(huì)生活中的焦慮,首先表現(xiàn)為生存性焦慮,即對(duì)自身及家庭成員的生計(jì)和健康的擔(dān)憂,諸如食品安全焦慮、住房焦慮、子女教育焦慮、工作焦慮、社會(huì)傷害焦慮等；其次是發(fā)展性焦慮,表現(xiàn)為社會(huì)差距的擴(kuò)大和社會(huì)流動(dòng)的滯緩,進(jìn)一步可延伸為社會(huì)階層固化的問題。此外,還有道德焦慮,即道德滑坡現(xiàn)象對(duì)于公眾道德情感的傷害,突出地表現(xiàn)為社會(huì)信任的式微；環(huán)境焦慮,霧霾天氣的頻發(fā)使得公眾蓄積的環(huán)境情緒大范圍顯化。每一次網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的爆發(fā),都真實(shí)地反映出社會(huì)的某種焦慮。 社會(huì)焦慮是公眾面對(duì)社會(huì)諸多不確定性而產(chǎn)生的焦躁、不安全感,它動(dòng)員的是一種防御性的生活態(tài)度,容易滋生出偏見、分化、對(duì)立和沖突,帶來社會(huì)融合的困境。社會(huì)焦慮要獲得安頓,在根源上應(yīng)化解社會(huì)的結(jié)構(gòu)性壓抑,促進(jìn)社會(huì)資源的彌散分布和循環(huán)流動(dòng)；還應(yīng)捍衛(wèi)社會(huì)公正,消弭貧富階層的身份偏見,培育互助和寬容的倫理精神,提升社會(huì)成員的效能感,避免習(xí)得性的無助。此外,大眾媒介客觀理性的認(rèn)知引導(dǎo),以及社會(huì)治理理念的柔性轉(zhuǎn)向,也是消除隔閡、恢復(fù)信任,促進(jìn)社會(huì)融入的有效增益路徑。
[Abstract]:With the evolution of Chinese society, there is a widespread anxiety, which is reflected in the spread of the weak mentality, the loss of sense of security and the sense of belonging, while the life of Internet technology is embedded. It provides an outlet for implicit anxiety and creates a carnival landscape of network public opinion. Frequent online public opinion is a repressive rebound in real life, reflecting the mirror image of social anxiety. Social anxiety can easily lead to social prejudice, distrust, intransigence and even social conflict. This paper also follows this way of thinking: take the network public opinion as the observation window, dig deeply the situation of social anxiety generalization, and further lead to the proposition of social integration. Internet public opinion is simply a collection of people's views, attitudes, emotions and behavioral tendencies on hot online events. It is the concentrated embodiment of public opinion in the network field, therefore, although it is generated in the virtual society of the network, But rooted in the real society, network public opinion is the reflection of social anxiety in reality. The anxiety in the current social life, first of all, is the existential anxiety, that is, the anxiety about the livelihood and health of oneself and the family members, such as food safety anxiety, housing anxiety, children's education anxiety, job anxiety, social injury anxiety and so on. The second is developmental anxiety, which can be further extended to the problem of social stratum solidification. In addition, there is moral anxiety, that is, the harm of moral landslide to public moral emotion, which is manifested in the decline of social trust, and the environmental anxiety and frequent occurrence of haze weather make the environmental emotion accumulated by the public manifest in a wide range. Every outburst of network public opinion reflects the anxiety of the society. Social anxiety is the anxiety and insecurity produced by the public in the face of many social uncertainties. It mobilizes a defensive attitude towards life, which tends to breed prejudice, differentiation, antagonism and conflict, and bring about the predicament of social integration. If social anxiety is to be settled, it should address the structural repression of society and promote the distribution and circulation of social resources. It should also safeguard social justice, eliminate the stigma of the rich and the poor, and foster the ethical spirit of mutual help and tolerance. Enhance the sense of efficacy of social members, avoid learning helplessness. In addition, the objective and rational cognitive guidance of the mass media and the flexible turn of the concept of social governance are also the effective gain paths to eliminate the estrangement, restore trust and promote social integration.
