[Abstract]:Camellia oleifera industry is our characteristic industry, national industry, advantage industry. In recent years, China attaches great importance to the development of Camellia oleifera industry. With the deepening of scientific research, the development has been carried out in the fields of oil tea breeding, rapid propagation on scale, high yield cultivation, deep processing and utilization of by-products, etc., which has laid a foundation for the information construction research of Camellia oleifera. Basic conditions such as technology. The network environment of information resources co-construction and sharing based on the Internet has gradually formed. The service mode and service means are developing from the traditional way to the more efficient and open new form. These changes have opened up a convenient and fast highway for Camellia oleifera scientific and technological information service, moving towards the direction of digitization, virtualization and networking. The main contents of the construction of Camellia oleifera network service platform are as follows: 1, with the development of Camellia oleifera industry and information construction as the background, through visiting related websites and combining with similar service platform research, A case study on the related sci-tech network service platform at home and abroad is carried out to determine the mode and thought of the platform construction. 2. Through the case study, the network framework and the system framework of the platform are designed. At the same time, the related development technology is briefly introduced. 3. Combined with the user needs and the division of business system, the network service platform of Camellia oleifera is divided into seven columns, and detailed introduction and analysis are made. The platform covers all aspects of the Camellia oleifera industry. 4. Adopting the Tsinghua Tongfang TPI system, the special database of Camellia oleifera is designed into 9 sub-databases, and the collection and field analysis of the database are carried out. According to the design ideas, the platform realizes three functions, one is the information propaganda function, the other is the function of interactive communication to publicize the oil-tea policy to more regions and the people, to spread the oil-tea culture, and to speed up the transfer and diffusion of knowledge. Provide a popular interactive platform such as expert consultation and online communication to promote collaboration and cooperation between different regions and units. Thirdly, the function of popularizing science and technology, applying Internet technology to daily scientific research, and popularizing the results will provide a strong support for the research, development and popularization of new varieties and new technologies of Camellia oleifera in China, so as to better transform scientific research results into productive forces. The realization and promotion of the platform will create huge economic and social benefits. However, the realization of the platform needs financial resources, manpower, material resources, and not in a short period of time to achieve the project, so this research is mainly in theory on the platform construction planning, platform framework, system configuration, function settings, Subject database design, as for the specific implementation of the work to be further studied.
