油茶科技網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建

【摘要】:油茶產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國(guó)的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)、民族產(chǎn)業(yè)、優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)。發(fā)展油茶產(chǎn)業(yè)是改善人民群眾食用油結(jié)構(gòu),維護(hù)國(guó)家油料安全的戰(zhàn)略舉措,是調(diào)整農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),增加林農(nóng)收入的重要途徑。近年來(lái)我國(guó)高度重視油茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,各級(jí)政府結(jié)合本地實(shí)際積極出臺(tái)政策,發(fā)展油茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的積極性空前高漲。隨著科學(xué)研究的不斷深入,從油茶良種選育、規(guī)?旆薄⒇S產(chǎn)栽培、精深加工利用及副產(chǎn)物利用等領(lǐng)域的研究、開(kāi)發(fā)已全面展開(kāi),為油茶信息化建設(shè)研究奠定了資源、技術(shù)等基礎(chǔ)條件;谝蛱鼐W(wǎng)的信息資源共建共享的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化環(huán)境已逐漸形成,服務(wù)模式和服務(wù)手段正從傳統(tǒng)的方式向著更高效、更開(kāi)放的新形式發(fā)展。這些變革給油茶科技信息服務(wù)開(kāi)辟一條方便、快捷的高速公路,向著數(shù)字化、虛擬化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的方向前進(jìn)。 油茶科技網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建主要內(nèi)容如下: 1、以油茶產(chǎn)業(yè)和信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展為背景,通過(guò)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)相關(guān)網(wǎng)站以及結(jié)合相類(lèi)似的服務(wù)平臺(tái)研究,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)科技網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行案例研究,確定平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的模式和思想。 2、通過(guò)案例研究,擬設(shè)計(jì)了平臺(tái)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)框架和系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架。同時(shí)對(duì)相關(guān)的開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹。 3、結(jié)合用戶(hù)需求、業(yè)務(wù)體系的劃分,將油茶科技網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)平臺(tái)劃為7個(gè)欄目,并進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹和分析。使平臺(tái)涵蓋油茶行業(yè)的方方面面。 4、采用清華同方TPI系統(tǒng),將油茶專(zhuān)題數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)為9個(gè)子數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的采集和字段進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析。 按照設(shè)計(jì)思路,平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)三個(gè)功能,一是信息宣傳功能,向更多的地區(qū)和人民群眾宣傳油茶政策,傳播油茶文化,加快知識(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)移擴(kuò)散;二是互動(dòng)交流功能,提供一個(gè)專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)和在線(xiàn)交流等大眾化的互動(dòng)平臺(tái),促進(jìn)不同地域、不同單位的協(xié)作、合作。三是科技推廣功能,將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于日?蒲、成果推廣中,為全國(guó)油茶新品種、新技術(shù)的研究開(kāi)發(fā)與推廣提供強(qiáng)有力的支撐,從而更好的將科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力。平臺(tái)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和推廣將創(chuàng)造巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。然而平臺(tái)的實(shí)現(xiàn)是需要財(cái)力、人力、物力,也并非在短時(shí)間內(nèi)就能實(shí)現(xiàn)的工程,故本研究主要是在理論上對(duì)平臺(tái)建設(shè)規(guī)劃、平臺(tái)框架、系統(tǒng)配置、功能設(shè)置、專(zhuān)題數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),至于具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)工作待日后進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Camellia oleifera industry is our characteristic industry, national industry, advantage industry. The development of Camellia oleifera industry is a strategic measure to improve the edible oil structure of the people and maintain the national oil security. It is also an important way to adjust the rural industrial structure and increase the income of forest farmers. In recent years, China attaches great importance to the development of Camellia oleifera industry. With the deepening of scientific research, the development has been carried out in the fields of oil tea breeding, rapid propagation on scale, high yield cultivation, deep processing and utilization of by-products, etc., which has laid a foundation for the information construction research of Camellia oleifera. Basic conditions such as technology. The network environment of information resources co-construction and sharing based on the Internet has gradually formed. The service mode and service means are developing from the traditional way to the more efficient and open new form. These changes have opened up a convenient and fast highway for Camellia oleifera scientific and technological information service, moving towards the direction of digitization, virtualization and networking. The main contents of the construction of Camellia oleifera network service platform are as follows: 1, with the development of Camellia oleifera industry and information construction as the background, through visiting related websites and combining with similar service platform research, A case study on the related sci-tech network service platform at home and abroad is carried out to determine the mode and thought of the platform construction. 2. Through the case study, the network framework and the system framework of the platform are designed. At the same time, the related development technology is briefly introduced. 3. Combined with the user needs and the division of business system, the network service platform of Camellia oleifera is divided into seven columns, and detailed introduction and analysis are made. The platform covers all aspects of the Camellia oleifera industry. 4. Adopting the Tsinghua Tongfang TPI system, the special database of Camellia oleifera is designed into 9 sub-databases, and the collection and field analysis of the database are carried out. According to the design ideas, the platform realizes three functions, one is the information propaganda function, the other is the function of interactive communication to publicize the oil-tea policy to more regions and the people, to spread the oil-tea culture, and to speed up the transfer and diffusion of knowledge. Provide a popular interactive platform such as expert consultation and online communication to promote collaboration and cooperation between different regions and units. Thirdly, the function of popularizing science and technology, applying Internet technology to daily scientific research, and popularizing the results will provide a strong support for the research, development and popularization of new varieties and new technologies of Camellia oleifera in China, so as to better transform scientific research results into productive forces. The realization and promotion of the platform will create huge economic and social benefits. However, the realization of the platform needs financial resources, manpower, material resources, and not in a short period of time to achieve the project, so this research is mainly in theory on the platform construction planning, platform framework, system configuration, function settings, Subject database design, as for the specific implementation of the work to be further studied.
