【摘要】：美國作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)概念、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與核心設(shè)備的發(fā)源地和最大的軟硬件資源占有國,其網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全戰(zhàn)略經(jīng)歷了保護關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施安全、監(jiān)視控制特定內(nèi)容信息流動、準(zhǔn)備跨界行動以積極防御直至形塑全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間信息內(nèi)容的演進過程。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以來,特別是奧巴馬政府時期,隨著美國整體實力的壓倒性優(yōu)勢持續(xù)減弱,美國在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全領(lǐng)域的相對戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢更加凸顯,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全對于美國國家利益的重要性更加凸顯,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題在美國國家安全戰(zhàn)略整體框架中的重要性日益呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:As the birthplace of Internet concepts, key technologies and core devices and the largest possessor of software and hardware resources, the US network security strategy has experienced the protection of critical infrastructure security, surveillance and control of the flow of specific content and information. Prepare for cross-border action to actively defend against the evolution of global cyberspace information content. Since the end of the Cold War, especially during the Obama administration, with the continued weakening of the overwhelming advantage of the overall strength of the United States, the relative strategic advantage of the United States in the field of cybersecurity has become even more prominent. The importance of technological innovation and network security to the national interests of the United States is more prominent, and the importance of network security issues in the overall framework of the national security strategy of the United States is increasing day by day.
