【摘要】：我國(guó)農(nóng)村地區(qū)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展具有很強(qiáng)的增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭,信息技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)正逐漸向農(nóng)村地區(qū)滲透,這對(duì)農(nóng)村的信息化建設(shè)非常有利,因而應(yīng)該抓住這一歷史機(jī)遇,在黨和國(guó)家的政策推動(dòng)下,全面推進(jìn)農(nóng)村信息化建設(shè)的步伐,縮小“數(shù)字鴻溝”,力求改善我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)與農(nóng)村之間的信息不對(duì)稱等問(wèn)題,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)社會(huì)的全面進(jìn)步。在江蘇農(nóng)村的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,其生產(chǎn)特性主要就是要實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的“進(jìn)、銷、存”,同時(shí)還與技術(shù)和管理有著非常密切的聯(lián)系,這些都是產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的構(gòu)成要素。強(qiáng)化信息化建設(shè)有利于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)統(tǒng)籌,對(duì)促進(jìn)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展,全面建設(shè)和諧新農(nóng)村提供幫助,更對(duì)將中國(guó)建設(shè)成為社會(huì)主義強(qiáng)國(guó)具有非常重要的意義。伴隨著3G移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的興起,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在農(nóng)村得到普及,借力移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)開展農(nóng)村人才培訓(xùn)和科技、政策傳播是一個(gè)很好的途徑。因此,建立一個(gè)基于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的農(nóng)業(yè)信息綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái),為廣大農(nóng)民提供實(shí)時(shí)的農(nóng)技信息、民生信息和政務(wù)信息,更好地推進(jìn)農(nóng)村政務(wù)工作,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文基于江蘇省農(nóng)委農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣服務(wù)系統(tǒng)智能化項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,以江蘇農(nóng)村信息移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)平臺(tái)為研究對(duì)象,在現(xiàn)有江蘇為農(nóng)服務(wù)網(wǎng)手機(jī)報(bào)的基礎(chǔ)上,重新對(duì)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃,以應(yīng)時(shí)農(nóng)事、惠農(nóng)信息、新品種展示、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格發(fā)布、致富典型、視頻診斷、農(nóng)民視頻課堂等模塊為重點(diǎn)發(fā)布對(duì)象,開發(fā)了一個(gè)與微信結(jié)合的基于WAP的平臺(tái),最后,通過(guò)對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的性能、功能進(jìn)行深入徹底的測(cè)試,得出的結(jié)果為：本系統(tǒng)所具有的功能符合項(xiàng)目需求,改進(jìn)了農(nóng)委現(xiàn)有的手機(jī)報(bào)平臺(tái)。經(jīng)過(guò)一定時(shí)間的推廣測(cè)試,微信平臺(tái)已有一定的用戶數(shù)量,WAP網(wǎng)站已經(jīng)完全取代了原有的手機(jī)報(bào)業(yè)務(wù),給農(nóng)村信息化服務(wù)提供了一個(gè)全新的平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The development of Internet in rural areas of China has a strong growth momentum, information technology and network technology are gradually infiltrating into rural areas, which is very beneficial to the information construction in rural areas, so we should seize this historical opportunity. Driven by the policies of the Party and the state, we should comprehensively promote the pace of rural information construction, narrow the "digital divide," strive to improve the information asymmetry between urban and rural areas, and promote the adjustment of the industrial structure. And then promote the overall progress of society. In the production process of Jiangsu rural areas, its production characteristics are mainly to realize the "advance, sell and save" of agricultural products, and at the same time have very close relations with technology and management, which are the constituent elements of product competitiveness. Strengthening the information construction is beneficial to the overall planning of villages and towns, to promoting the development of rural modernization, to providing help for building a harmonious new countryside in an all-round way, and to building China into a socialist powerful country. With the rise of 3G mobile Internet, mobile Internet has been popularized in rural areas. It is a good way to use mobile Internet to develop rural talents training and science and technology. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish a comprehensive service platform of agricultural information based on mobile Internet to provide farmers with real-time agricultural technology information, livelihood information and government information, and to better promote rural government work. In this paper, based on the actual demand of the intelligent project of agricultural science and technology extension service system of Jiangsu Agricultural Committee, taking Jiangsu Rural Information Mobile Internet Service platform as the research object, and on the basis of the existing Jiangsu Agricultural Service Network Mobile report, The platform was redesigned to focus on timely farming, agricultural information, new variety display, agricultural product price release, enrichment model, video diagnosis, farmer video classroom modules, etc. A platform based on WAP is developed, which is combined with WeChat. Finally, the performance and function of the system are thoroughly tested, and the results are as follows: the functions of the system are in line with the requirements of the project. The existing mobile phone reporting platform of the Agricultural Commission has been improved. After a certain time of popularization and testing, the WeChat platform has a certain number of users and WAP website has completely replaced the original mobile phone service, providing a new platform for rural information services.
