【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代化社會科技水平的高速發(fā)展,電力企業(yè)向著更加開放、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)互聯(lián)的方向發(fā)展。因此,電力系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行變得更加依賴于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)安全。雖然電力企業(yè)較早地實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營信息化,但其網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全架構(gòu)還不完善,現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全模型不能完全適用于電力企業(yè),這就致使電力企業(yè)無法對企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全進(jìn)行全面防護(hù)。因此,亟需一種面向電力企業(yè)針對性較強(qiáng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全模型來提升其網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)的安全強(qiáng)度。本論文在分析電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)安全形勢的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合電力企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的安全現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要威脅,構(gòu)建了一種基于改進(jìn)PDRR模型(Protection Detection Response Recovery,PDRR)的電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全模型。PDRR模型是由防護(hù)、檢測、響應(yīng)和恢復(fù)四個(gè)模塊構(gòu)成的動態(tài)閉環(huán)管理的經(jīng)典網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全模型。改進(jìn)后的模型在其基礎(chǔ)上,將安全監(jiān)測、響應(yīng)、恢復(fù)、策略、加固等技術(shù)手段與人、管理、法律法規(guī)、教育培訓(xùn)等諸多影響電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全因素有效結(jié)合在一起,以國網(wǎng)赤峰供電公司的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全架構(gòu)為例,采用二級模糊綜合評判法對現(xiàn)有架構(gòu)作了安全等級評估并找到了目前存在的缺陷。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的安全加固方案,驗(yàn)證了改進(jìn)后的電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全模型的實(shí)用性和有效性。本論文研究證明了改進(jìn)后的電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全模型能夠使國網(wǎng)赤峰供電公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)更加堅(jiān)固,也為其他中小型電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)提供參考依據(jù),促使電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)不再僅僅依靠技術(shù)和安全產(chǎn)品的堆砌,而是向著技術(shù)手段和管理手段相結(jié)合的方向發(fā)展,有效提高電力企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全等級。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology in modern society, electric power enterprises are becoming more open, standardized and interconnected. Therefore, the safe operation of power system becomes more dependent on the security of network information system. Although electric power enterprise realized production and management information earlier, its network information security framework is not perfect, the existing network information security model can not be fully applied to electric power enterprise. This causes the electric power enterprise to be unable to carry on the comprehensive protection to the enterprise network information security. Therefore, a network security model oriented to electric power enterprises is urgently needed to enhance the security intensity of its network information system. On the basis of analyzing the security situation of electric power enterprise network information system, this paper combines the security status and main threat of electric power enterprise information system. A power enterprise network security model. PDRR model is a classic network security model, which consists of four modules: protection, detection, response and recovery. On the basis of the improved model, the security monitoring, response, recovery, strategy, reinforcement and other technical means are effectively combined with a number of factors affecting the network security of power enterprises, such as people, management, laws and regulations, education and training, etc. Taking the network information security structure of Chifeng Power supply Company of National Power Network as an example, the security grade of the existing structure is evaluated by using the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the existing defects are found. On this basis, a security reinforcement scheme to avoid risks is designed and implemented, which verifies the practicability and validity of the improved network security model for electric power enterprises. This paper proves that the improved network security model of electric power enterprise can strengthen the network information system of Chifeng Power supply Company, and also provide reference for the construction of network information system of other small and medium-sized power enterprises. The construction of network information system of electric power enterprise is not only relying on technology and safety products, but also developing towards the direction of combination of technical means and management means, so as to effectively improve the security level of network information in electric power enterprises.
