【摘要】：質(zhì)量是高等學(xué)校辦學(xué)的生命線。為了進(jìn)一步提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,推進(jìn)教育創(chuàng)新,把提高質(zhì)量擺在了更加突出的地位。在全國范圍內(nèi)開展各高校的精品課程建設(shè),是各高校教育教學(xué)基本建設(shè)和教學(xué)改革工作的重要組成部分,是提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一。國家教育部明確提出對精品課程教育教學(xué)資源、各類教學(xué)活動和管理等應(yīng)實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理。推動優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的開放、共享,使學(xué)生得到最好的教育,從而全面提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。國家級和省級的精品課程審核和評審都是經(jīng)過網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺來實現(xiàn)。隨著國內(nèi)高校各級各類精品課程的建設(shè)需求,很多高校都陸續(xù)建設(shè)了各自的精品課程網(wǎng)。但各高校的精品課程網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理都缺乏統(tǒng)一的管理平臺,資源比較分散,不利于統(tǒng)一管理和共享。很多高校當(dāng)前對校級精品課程的審核和評審工作也是網(wǎng)下進(jìn)行的,每科課程網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計制作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都不統(tǒng)一,不利于后續(xù)的國家級和省級精品課程的申報。設(shè)計統(tǒng)一精品課程網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理平臺,通過它可以發(fā)布精品課程的政策信息、通知公告;可以按統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)課程網(wǎng)站;可以完成精品課程的申報、評審等。在高校的精品課程網(wǎng)絡(luò)化建設(shè)中將起到積極的促進(jìn)作用。論文在相關(guān)技術(shù)部分介紹了平臺開發(fā)過程中的相關(guān)技術(shù)。對采用的B/S/D結(jié)構(gòu)工作方式及特點做了詳細(xì)的介紹。對Windows Server 2003系統(tǒng)、Apache服務(wù)器、Dreamweaver設(shè)計平臺和PHP語言等的特點和優(yōu)勢等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和介紹。在需求分析階段,闡述了平臺設(shè)計的總體目標(biāo)和當(dāng)前要解決的問題,并通過業(yè)務(wù)流程圖、功能操作圖等手段詳細(xì)闡述了系統(tǒng)需實現(xiàn)的主要功能。在平臺設(shè)計階段,給出了平臺的總體設(shè)計要求,并闡述了數(shù)據(jù)庫和功能模塊的設(shè)計說明。在代碼設(shè)計及平臺的實現(xiàn)階段,重點介紹了各功能模塊的實現(xiàn)過程。通過操作流程圖詳細(xì)的介紹了各模塊的工作過程,并對涉及到的文件介紹了其主要功能,給出了文件中使用的重要代碼,主要包括PHP函數(shù)代碼JS代碼等。最后對平臺進(jìn)行了測試分析,包括測試環(huán)境要求的介紹、壓力和各功能的測試,并闡述了系統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢和當(dāng)前階段的不足、開發(fā)過程中的體會及以后的展望。經(jīng)過測試結(jié)果表明:管理平臺各項功能符合用戶需求,平臺前臺和后臺管理系統(tǒng)運行安全穩(wěn)定,基本滿足了高校精品課程建設(shè)和管理的需要,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計目標(biāo)和要求,能夠為高校提供精品課程網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理的信息化服務(wù)。

In order to further improve the quality of personnel training, promote educational innovation and improve the quality of education, the construction of high quality courses in Colleges and universities throughout the country is an important part of the basic construction of education and teaching reform in Colleges and universities, and the improvement of the quality of teaching. One of the important links of the quantity is that the State Ministry of education clearly puts forward the education and teaching resources of the excellent courses, and the teaching activities and management of all kinds should be networked. It will promote the opening and sharing of high quality education resources, make the students get the best education, and improve the quality of teaching in an all-round way. With the network platform to achieve. With the construction needs of various kinds of high quality courses at all levels of domestic colleges and universities, many colleges and universities have built their own excellent course network. But the network management of high quality courses in various colleges and universities is lack of a unified management platform, the resources are scattered, and it is not conducive to the unified management and sharing. Many colleges and universities are currently on the school grade. The audit and evaluation work of the course is carried out under the net. The design and production standards of each course website are not uniform, and it is not conducive to the subsequent national and provincial high quality courses. The design of the unified network management platform for excellent courses can be used to publish the policy information of the excellent course and notice the announcement; it can be built according to the unified standard. The course website can complete the declaration and review of the excellent course. It will play a positive role in the network construction of the high quality course in the University. The paper introduces the related technology in the process of the platform development in the relevant technical parts. The paper introduces the working mode and characteristics of the B/S/D structure in detail. In the phase of the code design and the implementation of the platform, the implementation process of each functional module is introduced. The work process of each module is introduced in detail through the operation flow chart, and the main work of the related documents is introduced. The important code used in the file is given, including the code of the PHP function code, JS code and so on. Finally, the platform is tested and analyzed, including the introduction of the requirements of the test environment, the pressure and the testing of various functions, and the shortcomings of the system and the current stage, the experience in the development process and the future prospect. The functions of the management platform meet the needs of the users, the platform and the backstage management system run safe and stable, basically meet the needs of the construction and management of the high quality courses in Colleges and universities, and achieve the desired design goals and requirements, and can provide information and interest services for the network management of the high quality courses.
