【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、案例分析法、質(zhì)性研究資料分析法、定量問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、比較分析法。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,了解到供需平衡對(duì)公共服務(wù)的主要意義以及全民健身公共信息服務(wù)的相關(guān)概念。以國(guó)內(nèi)外政府公共服務(wù)網(wǎng)站為例,進(jìn)行比較分析,歸納了現(xiàn)存政府全民健身公共服務(wù)網(wǎng)站的基本內(nèi)容�；诨ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)信息化環(huán)境,立足于整個(gè)全民健身公共服務(wù)體系之上,開(kāi)放式地收集全民健身公共信息服務(wù)需求并通過(guò)質(zhì)性分析軟件Nvivo10.0對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行質(zhì)性分析,初步歸納出其需求結(jié)構(gòu)圖。運(yùn)用供需理論根據(jù)信息學(xué)中的用戶選擇網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的行為,將質(zhì)性研究結(jié)果投入定量研究方法之中,進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì)封閉式需求問(wèn)卷,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析研究,旨在得出基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的全民健身公共信息服務(wù)具體需求。結(jié)合網(wǎng)站構(gòu)建的規(guī)則、用戶利用信息規(guī)律和供需矛盾分析為構(gòu)建政府全民健身公共信息服務(wù)門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站提供理論和實(shí)踐參考。 研究表明：1、總之,全民健身公共信息服務(wù)資源的有效配置必須結(jié)合用戶的實(shí)際需求,綜合考慮,才能更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)政府服務(wù)人民大眾的職能。2、對(duì)開(kāi)放式的全民健身公共信息服務(wù)需求收集的材料進(jìn)行質(zhì)性分析得出,全民健身公共信息服務(wù)需求包括健身活動(dòng)信息需求、健身指導(dǎo)服務(wù)信息需求、健身知識(shí)信息需求、健身新聞資訊信息需求、健身活動(dòng)的健身場(chǎng)地設(shè)施信息需求、體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)信息需求六大類別,每個(gè)類別分別構(gòu)成各自的樹(shù)狀結(jié)構(gòu)。3、政府全民健身公共服務(wù)門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站是以信息資源為中心“自上而下”地提供信息服務(wù),僅僅是在官方層面上,并沒(méi)有完全了解具體的用戶需求,供需存在一定矛盾。4、借助Web2.0技術(shù)平臺(tái)以關(guān)系為中心,結(jié)合供需實(shí)情,增強(qiáng)資源組織建設(shè),提供多渠道的有針對(duì)性服務(wù),改革政府門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站,能提供更有效的全民健身公共信息服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Literature method, interview method, case analysis method, qualitative research data analysis method, quantitative questionnaire method, comparative analysis method. On the basis of the theoretical research, the main meaning of the balance of supply and demand to the public service and the related concept of the public information service of national fitness are understood. Taking the government public service website at home and abroad as an example, this paper makes a comparative analysis and summarizes the basic contents of the existing government public health service website. Based on the information environment of Internet, based on the whole public service system of national fitness, the author collects the public information service demand of national fitness and analyzes the result qualitatively through the qualitative analysis software Nvivo10.0. A preliminary summary of its demand structure diagram. Using the theory of supply and demand, according to the behavior of users in informatics to choose network information, the qualitative research results are put into the quantitative research method, and the closed demand questionnaire is further designed, and the results are analyzed and studied. The purpose of this paper is to find out the specific needs of the public information service of national fitness based on the Internet. Combined with the rules of website construction, users provide theoretical and practical reference for the construction of the public information service portal of national fitness by using information law and analysis of contradiction between supply and demand. The study shows that: 1, in short, the effective allocation of public information service resources for national fitness must be comprehensively considered in the light of the actual needs of users. Only in order to better realize the function of government serving the public. The qualitative analysis of the materials collected from the open public information service of fitness for the whole people shows that the demand for public information service for national fitness includes the information demand for fitness activities. Fitness guidance service information needs, fitness knowledge information needs, fitness news information needs, fitness facilities information needs, fitness monitoring information needs six categories, Each category constitutes its own tree structure. 3. The government public service portal for national fitness provides information services "from top to bottom" with information resources as the center, only at the official level. Not fully understand the specific user needs, there are certain contradictions between supply and demand. With the help of Web2.0 technology platform, the relationship is the center, combined with the supply and demand reality, strengthen the resource organization construction, provide multi-channel targeted services, and reform the government portal. Can provide more effective national fitness public information services.
