【摘要】：為了提高垃圾標(biāo)簽檢測(cè)精度,提出一種核K均值聚類和改進(jìn)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相融合的垃圾標(biāo)簽檢測(cè)模型。首先核K均值聚類算法提抽取垃圾標(biāo)簽的特征向量,然后將特征向量集輸入到BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,并采用混沌粒子群算法對(duì)BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最后建立垃圾標(biāo)簽檢測(cè)模型,并通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)模型性能測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明,該垃圾標(biāo)簽檢測(cè)算法模型不僅提高了垃圾標(biāo)簽識(shí)別率,訓(xùn)練時(shí)間大幅度減少,垃圾標(biāo)簽檢測(cè)效率得到提高,可以較好滿足垃圾標(biāo)簽實(shí)時(shí)、在線檢測(cè)要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of garbage tag detection, a garbage tag detection model based on kernel K-means clustering and improved neural network is proposed. Firstly, the kernel K-means clustering algorithm is used to extract the feature vector of garbage tag, then the eigenvector set is input into BP neural network for training, and chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of BP neural network. Finally, the garbage tag detection model is established, and the performance of the model is tested by simulation experiment. The results show that the algorithm model not only improves the identification rate of garbage tag, but also reduces the training time and improves the efficiency of garbage tag detection. It can meet the requirements of real-time and on-line detection of garbage tag.
