【摘要】：能源危機(jī)和環(huán)境污染使得世界各國認(rèn)識到清潔能源的必要性和重要性。開展能源革命,減少化石能源的依賴,提高清潔能源的使用,對協(xié)調(diào)能源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路具有重要意義。在此背景下,能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)被提出來。通過闡述能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,提出了一種基于中尺度的能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)——"區(qū)域能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)",并以京津冀為例,通過分析清潔能源的分布和利用情況,重點強(qiáng)調(diào)集中式儲能-抽水蓄能和分布式儲能-電動汽車,闡述了京津冀區(qū)域能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的構(gòu)成。在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了京津冀區(qū)域能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)架構(gòu),通過區(qū)域能量流和信息流的融合提高清潔能源的高效利用,實現(xiàn)能源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Energy crisis and environmental pollution make all countries realize the necessity and importance of clean energy. It is of great significance to carry out the energy revolution, reduce the dependence of fossil energy and improve the use of clean energy. It is of great significance to coordinate energy, economy and environment, and to take the path of sustainable development. In this context, the energy Internet has been proposed. By expounding the relationship between energy Internet and sustainable development, a kind of energy Internet based on mesoscale, "regional energy Internet", is proposed. Taking Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as an example, the distribution and utilization of clean energy are analyzed. The centralized energy storage, pumped storage and distributed energy storage electric vehicles are emphasized, and the composition of the energy internet in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is expounded. On this basis, the energy Internet architecture of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is constructed to improve the efficient utilization of clean energy through the integration of regional energy flow and information flow, and to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of energy, economy and environment.
