【摘要】：北京市豐臺區(qū)方莊社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心通過多年探索和實踐,依據(jù)家庭醫(yī)生的角色定位,以"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"、人工智能技術(shù)為支撐,通過家庭醫(yī)生團隊醫(yī)護綁定、全科與專科及其他機構(gòu)分工協(xié)作,從而實現(xiàn)以人為中心、智慧家庭醫(yī)生優(yōu)化協(xié)同服務(wù)新模式。這一模式提高了社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機構(gòu)的服務(wù)能力和各服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)效率,節(jié)省了社會衛(wèi)生服務(wù)資源,提高了居民參與健康管理的自我意識,可以為各地開展"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+家庭醫(yī)生"服務(wù)提供借鑒,為落實分級診療制度提供參考。
[Abstract]:The Fangzhuang Community Health Service Center in Fengtai District, Beijing, through many years of exploration and practice, according to the role of family doctors positioning, with "Internet", artificial intelligence technology as the support, through the family doctors team medical care binding, The division of labor between general practice and specialty and other institutions can realize the new mode of human-centered and intelligent family doctors. This model improves the service ability of community health service institutions and the efficiency of each service link, saves the social health service resources, and enhances the residents' self-awareness of participating in health management. It can provide reference for various places to carry out the "Internet Family Doctor" service and to carry out the classified diagnosis and treatment system.
