【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)站的開發(fā)工作也越來越多元化,涉及的業(yè)務也越來越多,從單服務器到負載均衡,從WEB展現(xiàn)到云客戶端,各種各樣的需求在如今已經(jīng)是層出不窮。當需求一再增加和修改的時候,對技術人員的工作會帶來一些麻煩。在開發(fā)網(wǎng)站時,從最開始的需求到最后上線過程中的流程把控、需求更改、技術實現(xiàn)會遇到各種各樣的問題,如何對需求進行精準把握并縮短開發(fā)時間成了公司生產(chǎn)力的一個瓶頸,這時一套規(guī)范化的管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為促進企業(yè)發(fā)展的新動力。本文就是基于這樣的研究背景,在對網(wǎng)站開發(fā)設計業(yè)務流程進行調研的基礎之上,利用工作流理論對網(wǎng)站開發(fā)項目管理系統(tǒng)進行了深入研究。設計了網(wǎng)站開發(fā)項目創(chuàng)建管理模塊、網(wǎng)站開發(fā)方案管理模塊、網(wǎng)站開發(fā)過程管理模塊、網(wǎng)站開發(fā)測試及完善管理模塊以及系統(tǒng)設置模塊等功能模塊。在對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流程和業(yè)務流程進行分析的基礎之上,對系統(tǒng)的后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫進行了設計,給出了后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的概念模型和具體的數(shù)據(jù)庫表結構。在系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)階段,采用J2EE以及MYSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫技術實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)功能。詳細討論了各個功能模塊的業(yè)務流程及實現(xiàn)效果以及業(yè)務流程,并對系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進行了測試。通過本文的研究,實現(xiàn)了工作流理論與網(wǎng)站開發(fā)業(yè)務流程的融合。切實的開發(fā)出基于工作流的網(wǎng)站開發(fā)項目管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)網(wǎng)站中起到了承上啟下,調節(jié)各部門員工的工作分工,規(guī)范了網(wǎng)站開發(fā)流程,實現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)站開發(fā)過程的精細化管理,提高了網(wǎng)站開發(fā)的工作效率。對于豐富網(wǎng)站開發(fā)的相關研究,提高網(wǎng)站開發(fā)項目管理水平起到了借鑒作用和參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, the development of websites is becoming more and more diversified, involving more and more business, from single server to load balancing, from Web to cloud client, a variety of needs have emerged in endlessly. When the demand increases and modifies time and again, will bring some trouble to the technical personnel's work. When developing a website, the process of controlling, changing the requirements, and implementing the technology will encounter various problems from the initial requirement to the final online process. How to accurately grasp the demand and shorten the development time has become a bottleneck of the productivity of the company. At this time, a set of standardized management system has become a new power to promote the development of enterprises. This paper is based on this research background, on the basis of research on the website development and design business process, using the workflow theory to research the website development project management system. The function modules such as website development project creation management module, website development project management module, website development process management module, website development test and perfect management module and system setting module are designed. Based on the analysis of the data flow and business process of the system, the background database of the system is designed, and the conceptual model of the backstage database and the concrete database table structure are given. In the stage of system realization, J2EE and MySQL database technology are used to realize the system function. The business process of each function module and its effect and business process are discussed in detail, and the function module of the system is tested. Through the research of this paper, the integration of workflow theory and website development business process is realized. The project management system of website development based on workflow is developed. The system plays a connecting role in the development of the website, regulates the division of labor among the staff in various departments, standardizes the website development process, realizes the fine management of the website development process, and improves the work efficiency of the website development. It plays a reference role and reference value for enriching the relevant research of website development and improving the management level of website development project.
