基于SOA架構(gòu)的西安120急救調(diào)度系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟建設(shè)高速發(fā)展、城市規(guī)模不斷擴大、人口日趨增加,公眾對醫(yī)療急救需要日益增加,社會對各類突發(fā)性事件的醫(yī)療救援保障工作也提出了新的要求。政府及其應(yīng)急救援管理部門在應(yīng)對重大突發(fā)公共事件緊急醫(yī)療救援時,要作到及時、準(zhǔn)確地掌握足夠充分的有效信息,科學(xué)、迅速決策和指揮,就需要建立一個快速、準(zhǔn)確、實用、可靠的應(yīng)急醫(yī)療急救調(diào)度平臺。 在本論文中,首先分析了國內(nèi)、國外醫(yī)療救援系統(tǒng)、西安市120急救調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,在研究了SOA架構(gòu)與相關(guān)特性的基礎(chǔ)上,探索結(jié)合SOA架構(gòu)實現(xiàn)西安市120急救調(diào)度系統(tǒng)與其他相關(guān)醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的共享;在第二部分,重點介紹了SOA的定義與特性;在第三部分,進行了新設(shè)計的120急救調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的需求分析;在第四部分,進行新平臺的概要設(shè)計;最后,對已完成的工作進行總結(jié),期望新系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用會使人們從中受益。 調(diào)度系統(tǒng)很好的將西安市院前急救體系和本地醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療信息連接起來,在新平臺上,,我們不僅可以進行高效的通訊和在不同醫(yī)療單位平臺之間進行信息共享,而且為以后的縣級120醫(yī)療急救站互聯(lián)預(yù)留接口,新的架構(gòu)使西安市120急救調(diào)度系統(tǒng)與三級120急救調(diào)度系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)信息共享成為可能。隨著新系統(tǒng)的投入使用,它將有可能成為急救系統(tǒng)的樣板點,它很好的將醫(yī)療急救與醫(yī)院信息結(jié)合在一起,成千上萬的患者將會從中受益,因為信息的高效共享為患者搶救贏得了時間,最終將挽救更多的生命!
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic construction, the scale of the city is expanding, the population is increasing day by day, the need for medical emergency is increasing day by day, and the society has put forward new requirements for the medical rescue and rescue work of all kinds of unexpected events. When the government and its emergency relief management departments respond to major public emergencies and emergency medical rescue, it is necessary to establish a rapid and accurate system to grasp sufficient and effective information in a timely and accurate manner, to make scientific and rapid decisions and command. Practical and reliable emergency medical emergency dispatch platform. In this paper, first of all, the current situation of domestic and foreign medical rescue systems and Xi'an 120 emergency dispatch system is analyzed. Based on the research of SOA architecture and related characteristics, In the second part, the definition and characteristics of SOA are introduced. In the third part, The requirement analysis of the newly designed 120 first aid dispatching system is carried out; in the fourth part, the outline design of the new platform is carried out; finally, the completed work is summarized, and the application of the new system is expected to benefit people. The dispatch system connects the pre-hospital emergency system of Xi'an City with the medical information of local hospitals. On the new platform, we can not only communicate efficiently and share information among different medical units' platforms. The new architecture makes it possible for Xi'an 120 emergency dispatch system to share information with the third level 120 first aid dispatching system. As the new system comes into use, it will likely become a model point for the first aid system, and it will be a good combination of medical first aid and hospital information, and thousands of patients will benefit from it. Because the efficient sharing of information for patients to save the time, will eventually save more lives!
